I wanted to return an item. They said it was a clearance (nonreturnable) item. The notice of the item being clearance was posted ONLY on the entry page to their website. I did not go through the entry page - I went directly to the item page - and hence did not see the clearance notification (which, again, was ONLY on the entry page to their website! - not on the unit's page, not on the shopping cart!). They are adamant that they will not accept the item as a return, even with this knowledge. This is not a good business plan.

Don't you worry if it hasn't shipped yet they'll put your orders together!You've got questions about sizes and the likes? No worries they'll check it for you or give advice on how to take em and then they'll compare it to the piece of clothing you want to buy!Payments really smooth too and if you've got any questions regarding that just ask 'cause they are so nice and considerate that they'll even double check if you're aware of possible customs trouble" before shipping from say the US to somewhere in Europe.I was honestly so surprised cause normally other stores just send the stuff you bought and are like yeah this is your problem deal with

Amazing quality items, bought from here a few months ago for my new Dante hoodie and it is so nice and warm for winter! Much cheaper than most official merch clothing shops too.
