Pizza Den Restaurant
Don’t come with a whole hockey team. Over 2 hours to get our orders, even had a reservation. Meanwhile everyone coming for pickup is getting their pizza’s no problem.

Delivery time has greatly increased and service has as well we stopped ordering for awhile but new owners have turned things around for the better!

Amazing looking pizza. LOADED w toppings. Tasted good. But man did I get sick.I even got a hemorrhoid trying to get it out. I didn’t call to complain as I’m sure they would have given me a credit but after that experience I’ll move on.

Had dinner at Pizza Den last night. Haven't been there since COVID....WOW what a disappointment. Where did our great small town pizza place go??? Historically meals were great....not sure what the new owners have done with the food but it was awful!!! We had the ribs and they were so tough we could not eat them (took them home to the dog) / baked potato was not cooked all the way through. We were given butter & sour cream and when we ask about chives & bacon bits we were told they no longer served them. We also ordered sliced baquett with garlic butter - when it came it was ice cold and stale (YUK!). To top it all off the coffee was luke warm. Overall a horrible experience.Hey guys we have been long term 20 year customers of Pizza Den and raved about it to all our friends. The last few visits since COVID have been horrible....won't be coming back!!!

We came in around 7pm on a Tuesday. There was one other table with 3 people there when we arrived. We ordered a couple orders of wings and a plate of nachos. We waited 45 minutes for our order to come to the table. Twenty minutes after our arrival some acquaintances came in and joined us at our table. They ordered a grilled cheese off the children's menu for a 5 year old. They paid $7.99 for a grilled cheese sandwich. Another ordered Shepard pie that came with 2 sides. She ordered the garlic bread and onion soup. Although onion soup was listed as one of the sides, they came back and told her it was no longer one of the sides. Another ordered a pizza. She had a couple of bites and said it was awful. All in all the service was poor and the food wasn't very good. I'm sorry but the new owners need to step up their game. I won't return unless the quality goes back up to what it used to be. I'll check reviews before I ever go back again.

Can't rate the food, it never ended up coming to the table. Ordered chicken fingers and poutine for kids and a large pizza . Waited 50 mins, then server and kitchen staff came out stating the pizza got stuck in the oven. This was the only communication regarding the long wait, they offered to put a new pizza in that would only take 15 mins this time? How? Then offered a discount on the food...I am appalled by the complete lack of service, they had the audacity to state it was no one's fault. Will never return or recommend, save yourself the terrible experience and pass on by.

Great pizza close to the best in Manitoba. To top it off nice owner will resolve any issue professionally.Update:New owners still the best pizza in town! When you ask for extra sauce and cheese they make it happen.

I was at pizza den tonight & over heard a manager publicly scolding and yelling at an employee…VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INAPPROPRIATE. Servers are ALWAYS very kind & polite but I sense this business needs new MANAGEMENT. Why are you scolding your employees infront of customers? DO BETTER.

Nice restaurant and lounge. Great pizza. Taco salad is a great portion in a taco shell.
