I have been working with Jessica regarding my cross-border dry-van shipments (Maritimes to US). These are extremely time-sensitive shipments and are worth a lot. She never fails to provide updates on-time and never hides from an issue. As a broker, this is extremely important. It is not about how many issues arise, its about how many solutions you find. ET transport never fails to find solutions. Would definitely recommend this carrier.
