I learned about this company while researching secondary security systems for my new Toyota Highlander. There are only two companies in the City of Toronto that I’m aware of that offer a system called Igla. I live in the east end, so I contacted a DIFFERENT company (not this company) closer to me (located in Markham) and their follow up was terrible. Repeated calls and emails and I couldn’t get anyone.Then I found CSI security services. They’re located on the complete opposite side of the city from me, but every call I made to them, they answered and every email I sent to them they responded to. I told them what I wanted (tinting, security system and dash cams) and they booked me immediately. I even told them that I had an appointment that day and would need a status update by mid-day. To my surprise, they finished the work quickly and called me immediately. When I arrived, they walked me through the process of how everything worked. The owner is an honest guy, very well spoken and it’s clear that he isn’t just trying to sell you a product. One of his workers who showed me how to use the systems was very personable and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be recommending these guys to others. Zero complaints and nothing but professionalism from them.

Visited CSI Security for security clearance services. Staff was very friendly, professional and my appointment took no time at all. Everything was clarified when completed, very impressed with how they run things.
