tried to rip me off

I had these guys lined up to come out and repair my house roof, they pulled a no show and never phoned to tell me they were not coming i waited around all morning, as a small business owner my self in three hills this is super unprofessional and I would not recommend Casa exterior, better off to pay the travel and bring some one out of red deer or Calgary.

People like to complain but seldom give credit where credit is due. I was pleased with Rick's quick response time to my initial request for a quote, and then the actual roof replacement. I found him to be very professional and offered very good value with a quality product. He even went above and beyond with extra work at no additional cost to me! Great guy with excellent business sense. I definitely would recommend him based on my personal experience. Thanks Rick for the great service.

Great service Rick thank you! I called for a roof inspection and to get it repaired and they did it in efficient time and were very professional! He is a great businessman and didn’t try to rip me off by selling products I wouldn’t need! Could not recommend a better company to do your roof!
