We signed the purchase contract in Jan. 2021and were told the closing would be in May of 2022. After the first upgrade expensing at their studio, we received their notice about closing delay. That time we were told closing will be in Sept. 2022. Then we were directed to have the 2nd finishing meeting at their studio, paid upgrade of cause. Later we received a notice from them indicating it would be another delay of closing because they had not received their permit yet. How could they start to sell their interior designs in the situation they knew they had not started any construction on site yet? Now they told us we need to pay price increasing of near 10% before they are able to achieving a permit to build or terminate the project, also need us to pay this price difference (near %10) all in down payment. Builder can ask more money or terminate the project, the agreement means nothing to Builder. I have no money for more payment so I choose to terminate the project.

They asked for 130k more for a btb unit. Request a mutual release over a month now and haven’t heard back from them.

Never and ever trust them. They hold ur money for two years and right now they increase the huge price and tell u to accept or kick u out. During whole June. We call them hundred times and emails them every 3 days. No one reply and we thought the builder grab our money and run away. Lol. At the end of June. The manager said they don’t worry about the resale because they will get 1.4 million from the market right now. This is the act of a robber. They will resale the unit. So disappointed. Just wanna let more people to know and keep away from them.

Same as other victims, we signed the purchase agreement in Nov 2020 , closing date had been pushed few times until May 2022 they sent us a letter for price increase, just after we had stage 2 upgrade for interior designs ( paid full payment 20k more for upgrades) The price increase asking for 120k top of the agreement price and asking full deposit for this 120k within 2 weeks from the notice! Besides this option, they offered a refund as well if you agree to sign the mutual release. I choose to get my money back and wait for them to send me the mutual release for THREE months now! Until today, I saw they have post about this project again, same project name twelve oak and same address. Selling these same units with higher price and not even getting my deposit back yet until this moment. If you are considering this project, I highly recommend avoiding it.

Update:Just a review of my experience so far. We purchased in the beginning half of the pandemic and recently received notice of unavoidable delay after getting our 2 occupancy delay notices. We did our design studio appointments back in jan/Feb 2022 and in the appointment the assured us we would start construction next month (March) for completion at the end of the year. Then in April we received the Unavoidable Delay notice. I feel quite frustrated as there was lack of transparency from them even after requesting more information multiple times. It feels like they took us to the design studio to get all our money with the upgrades just to slap us with an indefinite delay that allows them not to pay compensation.Their twelve oaks development is all sold so this is happening to every buyer in the neighbourhood.I'd approach with caution on this developer and only purchase if you know you can wait it out. We bought late 2020 and have no idea when out house is going to complete.ill update my review as I go.Old:New devolper. Very kind staff that work there, almost too kind as it's a bit awkward.The developer existed before working with private homes and is transitioning to larger scale housing such as townhomes. Their show room is still under construction but it feels like they are in there to stay. If there's anyone hesitant to purchase a place because they never heard of them, you should book an appointment to look at their show room as it will give you more faith.I only purchased the pre con few weeks ago, I can't comment on whether it is going to be delay or have any issues with quality control. But over all they were super nice and we took the plunge.

Horrible ethics. Avoid at all cost… you WILL be disappointed.

Incompetent builder messed up his very first project. The town homes were supposed to be built in April 2022 and to this day even the foundation hasn’t been poured. Big disappointment

My wife & I had an appointment at the design studio for the Twelve Oaks finishing selection. The consultant there was very kind and helpful in guiding us to our vision for the home. I was told that theconstruction for my unit has started, and I even go checked it, so looking forward to seeing the project completed.
