I used to order from this place quite a bit, but after the last order, I will not. I got food poisoning really bad. I have never vomited so much in my life, diarrhea, and even blood found in urine. It took me two days to recover enough to be functional but still not 100%. That is extremely dangerous to find blood in the urine.

Asked for well done. I got soggy in the middle, and dough not cooked. It took so long to get here the pizza is not even warm. It states pan pizza, but it is definitely not a pan pizza, little to no crust on it, not crunchy. And this med pizza and shrimp cost me 50$. The shrimp was good crunchy and warm. But the 35$ pizza is not good. I expected way too much.

We ordered three pizzas & specified extra sauce on each one of them.When the pizzas arrived, the had almost zero sauce. Have never seen pizza with so little (basically nonexistent) sauce on it.Called about that, they said they would send replacement pizzas.Long story short they then reversed and said they would not replace them. Talked to service rep, then his supervisor Jay. Jay was no help at all. Terrible experience, will never use them again

Kevin, young guy. What an amazing and kind kid. Amazing customer service, Dint check the pizza yet. But i am sure it will be good. I want to wish him success for future. Kudos Buddy.

The only pizza place in Canada that won't allow you to do toppings on half of the pizza. What a ridiculous policy! You lost one customer and I'm sure you'll loose more with this policy! Please don't waste your time and don't order from this place!

This is best pizza in the city, I have eaten it many times and am a regular customer. Their food is delicious, yummy and always fresh. Exceptional service and very cooperative, polite staff. I recommend everyone to try it at least once you will not be disappointed.

We ordered a pizza that said it would take 30 minutes. It showed up in 1 hour. When we opened it up it was not our pizza. When we tried to phone and fix things, no one would put us in touch with the store and they tried to blame skip the dishes. Even though they had placed and provided us a receipt with the correct order. 2 hours later when trying to get in contact with them, still no pizza, and no refund. We have never been so unimpressed.

The customer service here is very lacking with the pizza is usually very good. Pizza 73 is probably my favorite pizza place for the taste and toppings are usually just order it to go on delivery then having to go inside. I do enjoy their chicken pizzas but my favorite is the All meat pizza.This place is worth checking out but as I said I would probably go for delivery than eat in.

One phone number provided for all locations. The person I spoke to was frustratingly dumb & based on that experience, I doubt I would return as a customer.However, the staff at the location was quite courteous and the pizza was actually quite tasty, prompting my to think: I may come back.Overall, at this time, I don't know if I'll return as a customer. Time (& desperation) only knows.
