Travis was super friendly and accommodating both over the phone and in person. I told him the problem I had and he knew exactly how to fix it and how long it would take from start to finish. When he arrived I showed him where the problem was and he got straight to work. He was very quick, thorough and efficient. I gave him a hand with the things that he needed help with doing like turning the water on and off upstairs and bringing him a 5 gallon pail of hot water for doing the flush out and clean up. If anyone needs a plumber for any reason, I would recommend you try Travis first before anyone else. He will either tell you if he has the time to do it or not and give you a straight answer up front. This is a tradesman that possesses integrity, a quality that is hard to find in this day and age.

Travis is excellent to work with. He believes in offering quality service, in a timely manner. On a Thursday night I had no hot water. Friday morning he was here accessing the issue, ordered parts, and came out on a Saturday morning to fix the problem. He could have waited till Monday morning, but instead ensured I had hot water for the weekend.

Without a doubt the best plumbing and gas fitting company I have used. This is the second time I have had Travis come out and do a job for me and for good reason, he knows what he's doing. Very good customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and he shows up when he says he will (which is hard to find these days). Nothing but good things to say about this company, and I would highly recommend him.
