I went a day prior to my actual appointment and the girls at the front were amazing and understanding and took me in right away. Highly recommend, especially Ram she was a great help!

This lab is extremely overbooked. Even if you have an appointment, you have to wait half an hour to an hour past your time. It's apparently bad enough that someone has taken the time to write out a list of complaints and post it in the elevator. Went to another lab (120th) as a walk-in and it was much quicker and not packed like a sardine can.

They open just right at 7:00am and open on sundays too. Just finished my blood works and the tech that took my blood has the lightest hand I’ve ever encounter. They are located in the corner of 120th Street and 84 Ave.

Really bad bad experience this 10 am July 15 with Lifelabs with my son on the spectrum. Technician poked outside the area of numbing cream (side of arm). Child has been crying for over an hour now.

Am not even sure why the heck they have appointments system in place.I have waited more than an hour to do a blood test.. there was no place to sit or to even wait standing.Was sooooo crowded and sooo disorganized, people were just coming in and canceling

Went today June 7 2023. They were really behind schedule, even with appointment my blood was drawn 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Christina (staff) was extremely rude and could be heard yelling at patients with small children. She was also being rude to her coworkers and rolling her eyes when the trainee was asking her questions. Avoid this location and go elsewhere.

I had an appointment at 1:30 pm. I arrived at 1:25 pm and did registration etc. within 10 minutes. Waited 5 mins and was given table 5. Till then I was happy that appointment was helpful. But happiness lasted only till then and horror started with a long 35 mins waiting sitting on the chair 5 and people keep coming in, getting their blood drawn and leaving but no one came for me. At 25th minutes the lady who took me in saw me and said I had lots of standing orders so they are working on it. Seriously? Are you working here on these standing orders for the first time? I’ve been to other lifelabs in Victoria, New West and no where I had to wait this long. After 40 mins wait, the same lady came and took 2 vials of blood and I was done. So even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 45 mins on the seat. At the time I entered clinic, I was told I have urine test too but it should be one hour after the last urine passing. At that time it passed only 30 mins so I said I’ll do it later, but when my blood was drawn, it was more than one hour from the last pee and I told the lady to do the urine sample now, she said we can do it but the paper work will take again long time because she will have to delete everything and re-enter. Seriously? How long should it take? 2-3 mins? Which era are we from?I was super frustrated and disappointed with the service and lazy-slow work, but I had to keep quiet with the statement: better to be slow than go wrong….. seriously???? What about efficiency? This is not a new lifelab and you workers are not newbees…. Why slow? It shows how inefficient you are…The only reason I will come back here coz it opens on Sundays, but I will come back knowing I’m dealing with inefficient and lazy-slow workers. I didn’t know earlier, but now I know. And all you people reading my review, be prepared if ur coming here.

I had attended to drop off a sample only. The lineup was out the door and when asked I was told, Just hold on a second in a very rude town. I waited And when I got close to the front the rest of the people waiting inside were also commenting on how much they were being rude. This was Saturday Once I got to the front of the line One of the clerks looked at me as if I should come over but she said back in line. When I went back in line another office assistant came from around back and ask me is this just a sample for drop off? I said yes and she said oh you can just leave it with me .... lol so leave it at the desk i said..hum lol
