Tyler and his team run a great shop, responsive and recommendations are made with the customer in mind, not shop revenue. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

I just used this place for the first time to swap my tires to my winters, everyone seems so nice especially the guy at the front desk, and I love that the boss is a woman! Plus only $33 for the service which is better than most places, and I was in and out quickly and efficiently.

I went to NAPA to get my ford fixed many times and it’s always honest and reliable. They are busy so sometimes slow. Advantage is the BEST tho because even tho I didn’t end up fixing my car here (it was a write off), the owner was so awesome and honest… helped me a lot. Will def return

The staff are friendly and efficient and I always get straightforward and honest information and advice about my vehicle. Most importantly I find the prices to be fair and I never feel pressured to have extra unnecessary services done.

We were visiting Niagara Falls when the brake light came on and would not shut off. Not wanting to take a chance to drive back to Montréal with this issue I started to search online for a garage. After searching for good reviews online, as well as looking for a CAA approved garage, we chose Napa Auto on St. Paul street in Niagara Falls.We called and explained the situation to them and were told we could come by anytime, so we went immediately. Once we arrived, we were seen right away and the car was examined. Within less than 20 minutes they had fixed the check engine light (which I had not asked for), checked and fixed the tire pressure and then did a diagnostic on the brake light issue.To my amazement, they did not charge me a thing. I was so overwhelmed by their kindness as I had been freaking out about the drive home.Extremely honest, hard working and personable staff. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you so much for everything. You have no idea how much this meant to me.

Often running a business can be stressfull( I know first hand)and things don't always go to plan but a great business rectifies any problems that arise and Advantage has never let me down.
