Cloud Nine Canines - Dog Daycare

Very professional, flexible and caring! Yesterday I had concerns about the smoke in the air from forest fires and my dog breathing it in while playing (she's mostly indoors and has a lot of allergies). Shannon listened and kept watch of her during her day to make sure she wasn't sneezing or coughing. She also called me mid-day for an update on how my dog is doing and the precautions they took to make sure she's safe. Thank you for going the extra mile, very appreciated! Cadence came back happy and healthy :)

Great dog daycare & boarding! Our duck toller has been attending regularly for 1.5yrs now. The staff are professional, friendly and always accommodating. We love the mix of outdoor & indoor facilities and very reasonable prices!

Our girl Judge has been going to Cloud Nine for over a year now and absolutely loves it there - so much so, that she doesn’t want to leave when it’s time to come home… lol!The staff are very caring and attentive and you can tell that all the dogs are happy to be there.Highly recommend!

Very professional and responsive. My dog was happy when boarding there for almost 2 weeks but when we picked her up, we had to deal with a situation with her bed and the attention we received plus the customer service offered was fantastic! I strongly recommend the location, the staff and management and hope to use their location as a second home for Skye.

Our dog Arlo has been going to Cloud Nine Canines for over 2 years now. We were wanting him to have a safe place to socialize with other dogs without us always being around. It was one of the best decisions we ever made! Arlo is well socialized and absolutely loves going there. The staff is well trained and the facility is well looked after and gives the dogs numerous areas to play, run and socialize. There are also lots of comfy spots to take a break too! We have also used their boarding services. We are so glad we found somewhere that Arlo can go when we are away and don't have to worry! We would absolutely recommend Cloud Nine Canines to anyone looking for a daycare for their dog!

We just love this daycare. Our pup Laika has been going to cloud nine for 8 months. She knows the roads to daycare from home now and gets really chatty when approaching the driveway. She is well cared for clearly too. They have add ons for trimming nails, giving baths and they make sure she is well played out by the time we pick her up. We have done a training class with they daycare, which was super helpful, great knowledge and useful tips to help our high energy dog. We have even boarded our dog here over night, which she just loved being able to have her own sleepover" with her friends! Highly recommend Cloud Nine to anyone looking to find care for their dog!!!"

Made multiple calls regarding concerning behavior and lack of training. Left messages and no call was ever returned. Was told they would get the staff to call back or was told the staff would ask how they need to put on special collars or walking devices. Staff never asked to be shown how to apply a walking device properly. Take collars off your dog so if they ever get loose , no one will know who your dog belongs to.Only called to see why my dog wasn't there after he had been going regularly.Very unprofessional service, after three or four phone calls asking for a call back you would expect they would return a call.Only seem to care about making a profitPerhaps, the worst of thing is the fact that they just pick a random name to assign as my emergency contact. I have never used Ron" as a emergency contact nor have I ever known a Ron. Quiet sad really they go to these tactics."

My doggy is always exhausted after a day at Cloud nine. Staff is amazing, my dog also gets her nails trimmed there and they do a great job.

Cloud 9 is fantastic! Their staff are well trained, friendly, and so great with the dogs! Our Aussidoodle gets to go every week, and he loves it! They take the most amazing care of our fur baby, and we never have to worry knowing that he is in their superior care

We love this place! Our dog Rosie loves to go, she loves the girls they are so attentive she goes for daycare as well as overnights!
