Great place for the hard to find parts. Even priced matched a carburetor I found on Amazon for me. Owner is a awesome fellow and the office ladies super kind aswell.

Snarky. Rude. Laughed at me on the phone cause i asked how much it would be (only asked bevause i was quoted $65 and wanted to weigh out money or wait time) i had 2 flats on one side but anyway the conversation continued, horrible nasty lady on the phone. I asked about what they would bring because i wanted to clarify that i needed a flat bed... again they were rude. Said it cant be done any other way (laughing might i add like im stupid or something) ive seen if done woth dollies before its not impossible.Anyway she processed to say if i wanted dollies....so i started laughing and said i dint even ask for them. She got steamy and cocky and told me if you can get a tow for 65 bucks go right ahead" at some point before that she tried to tell me it was extra cause my tires were flat. Ill never go back. I dont recommend at all. Not with that attitude."

Cost 1000 got my vehicle back was the same as when I took it. Would not recommend this place.

This past weekend was the blizzard storm and my partner and I were stranded in a ditch for hours until this family owned business people found us and helped us out of there. Even through we had to pay unexpected money for this service, they were very helpful and understanding. Shaye is really nice and she could tell I was really stressed out. She came in our car and reassured me we would be fine! Even recommenced us where to go as we were completely lost.Great people great family so thankful for them that night

Needed some hard to find parts, offered them for an affordable price, were patient in my pickup of said parts and made things right during a miscommunication. A smooth transaction all around and would recommend them in a heartbeat to other enthusiasts.

We were able to drop our vehicle off, before hours, to have work done and pick it up at 5:30 which was convenient for us! They also had the best price on the work that we had done. Very pleasant, courteous staff!

Please note this story ends up with no repair being done!I drive a 2006 R52 Mini and know this car has many issues, but I love it! I did have to call around to find a place where you could deal with my car, and the owner (over the phone) assured me they were good. So I believed them.He told me a little secret: they were drowning in work! And you know what they say, when a repair shop is busier than a beehive, that's a good sign... right? So, I sent my adorable car to shack up with them so we could catch our turn. It was like early 2000, and I wanted to make sure to be one of the first owners of the iPhone!During this extended visit, they graced me with not one but two phone calls. The first was a rousing update on their theories about my car's issue, complete with a shout-out to their superhero squad of outside help as if they were summoning the mighty Avengers of car repairs. I almost expected Iron Man himself to show up and fix my engine.Then a week or so later, they called for a second time, with the surprising acknowledgment: they couldn't fix my car! Instead of a repaired vehicle, they sent me a bill. For what, you ask? Well, for the pleasure of being told that my car is beyond their wizardry. Yes, folks, I paid a whopping $750 plus HST for the privilege of hearing, 'Sorry, we can't help you.' Talk about an expensive life lesson.They value their time like Scrooge values his precious gold coins. But guess what? I appreciate my money too! So, for that much green, it's only fair that I have more than overpaid to share my experience with my fellow car owners. Knowledge is power, my friends!And now, here's some wisdom for those considering to trust their precious vehicles to this place.Be bold and ask them upfront about their hourly rate for diagnosis.Follow them like a tenacious detective on a hot trail because time is money and honey, they know it!May your travels be filled with smooth roads and hilarious roadside attractions! My grandson took his vehicle in to have a noise checked out, they didnt put it on the scope and said, you have a knock in the engine, He knew that but needed to know what the problem was to get an estimate on the repairs, THis place charged an 18 yr old $200 for 5 minutes of time for something he already knew. No I would not recommend this place if they do this to a young man, who works hard for his money,

Horrible!! Horrible!! absolutely horrible!!! such a rip off! only cares about making money from clients. I am not one to write a review about companies but I got the worst treatment from this guy. The owner doesn't really care about the work but some racing career. My advice is that you treat people right and don't try to make money off of people because they are stranded.First you are being asked to sign before you can get your vehicle worked on and then when you ask for the rates they give you an estimate with no documentation.
