I have been dealing with Dennis and Darren for the past 2 years. They did a great job at upgrading our systems to accept tap. Our concerns always addressed in a timely fashion. I would recommend anyone look for car wash solutions to call Dennis!

We have an 11 bay self serve car wash, and one bay automatic touchless, wash. We have installed all our bays with tap to pay and have an auto teller at our automatic. We dealt a lot with Dillon to fine tune all our options we wanted and he was great to deal with and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommended Exacta for point of sale machines in bays or an auto teller for your automated wash.

We have been dealing with Dennis on the upgrade of our POS and Tap readers in the bays. Dennis is very good at keeping us up to date on the need steps of the process.

Absolutely the worst customer service! They do not respond to emails, they do not return phone calls, they overcharge existing customers by over 400% on products like new wash cards, and they won’t even provide you with the prices of their products when requested. We’ve had their equipment installed at one of our facilities for over 12 years and I’ve regreted it from the day it was installed. We are building a new facility right now using another POS system and will soon be replacing Exact One at our existing facility with that system simply because of their customer service (or lack of). Their products used to be cutting edge, now they are just mediocre compared to other products on the market. There are many other car wash POS systems that are cutting edge and that come with exceptional service. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

They Make a very nice and reliable Point of sale system specializing in car washes. We got their touch screen tellers with debit, credit and cash acceptance, and credit/debit tap boxxes in our bays. The product is well built and has customizable graphics for your site. Customers love how easy to use it is, and we love that customers love it. Dillon has been absolutely great to work with and is very responsive to questions, concerns and any issues are fixed quickly.

My car wash uses the Exacta System, which is the only company in Canada offering this innovative technology.Otherwise, one would have to opt for a US company.The Exacta System has recently introduced a new payment method, which, although not perfect, has generated a lot of curiosity among my friends.Many of them have come to my business to test it out.While it's still early days, I have no doubt that the system will improve with time and become even better.As the only Canadian company in this space, it's important that we support their efforts.
