Not a resident/relative, however my staff work as a trade there and I have been told by several different people that specifically this care home is amazing- due to the culture and the staff… from nurses, to admin, security, food services, management- everyone is extremely caring, attentive and going above and beyond for the residents AND colleagues. Our staff visit hundreds of care homes, so the fact they mention this in conversation is exceptional. The consensus is that the culture that has been created and maintained is just phenomenal. If my mother were in BC I would place her here, no hesitation.
