Web site is useless.

Unfortunately for us travelling consultants in SAP we have to deal with BCD travel. Not only are they the worst travel agency I had dealt with in my life, they are also the most expensive -> agency fee is 37.29 Canadian.They are staffed with folks who sound like they are older, who believe that their mission is to demean and condensend when people call with inquiries about the travel or about the billing. They interupt, hang up, refuse to call the airline for you and stonewall any requests to talk to somebody who may actually know something within their organization.One recent example for me, was interaction with the agent with last name Dubay, who was as unhelpful as it is possible and took it upon herself and interrupt and lecture me.

Good service, made rebooking a breeze.

When somebody calls to ask you to make changes on their travel, make sure to MAKE THE CHANGES and not charge the customer for duplicating the flight reservation without having any good argument. This company is the worst.

Most horrible service to book a flight and solve emergency. I'm on the phone with them since Saturday, 3 days now, they continuously put down the phone call and it's Monday now and no one still did not take care of my issue. If you have to be relocated internationally, this is not a professional service to use for professional workers.

Very excellent company! 100% recommend they are very professional and very nice and polite!:)

Waited for 25 minutes for an agent to answer, after saying hello, they hung up on me.
