Babar and his team were very helpful in helping my roommates and I find a place to rent. They were very responsive, transparent and professional throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Babar and Samir Feta teamed up to flip this house that I’m now living in and sold it to me with lots of hidden issues! They cut down the most invasive weed in the backyard ( I have pictures from my neighbour that prives they cut them down without taking care of them) and hid them with some mulch just before it went on the market. It poke through the driveway as well. The very poor workmanship on this flip made the sidings fall off this winter.They didn’t seal the porch so it all crumbled in pieces a month after I moved in. The new deck that was made very quick has screws sticking out enough to hurt a someone sitting on the deck and the list goes on. They wanted to make quick money on a hard working single person. Do not buy a house flipped by those two. I am taking legal action. Thks for nothingReply:You told another client that both of you were a team to flip homes, the sidings were installed just before the sale it is new and not installed properly. The invasive Japanese knotweed were cut as I have a picture of it from my neighbour who was watching. Those weeds are bamboo and obviously will grow again even if you put mulch. That is hiding really destructive and invasive weeds and cannot be found with an inspection. When Mr Feta contacts me and correct those issues I will take down my review. But until then it will remain to warn others of flipper you team with. I have proof of everything.Thank you for your fast reply.
