Dr deacon is very professional and very good bed side manners. However upon going to my pre op appointment I showed up early 30 mins before appointment and the receptionist Valerie is very rude and not good customer service. I had asked her if my place of business fax my paper work over. She had then stated she has even checked the faxs yet. I said okay and sat down. She then asked for my health card which I had given her. She then asked why my face looked the way it did I stated since I've walked in you have been so rude for me being early. She then stated the lady not here and two people infront of me when it was just me in the office. I stated well I like to be early just incase I can get in early. She then states how old are you looks at my health card and says that's why. I then say how old are you to treat a patient like this obviously you woke up on the wrong side of the bed to be rude to someone being early. Dr Deacon is great however I have a bad taste in my mouth how the face of the practice can ask in a way of so much disrespect.Elaine Pino Lopez

Dr. Deakon is a fantastic doctor. He reconstructed both my left and right ACL and he made it a much better experience. He fixed my knees beautifully, cares about his patients, is professional.. etc. Would definitely recommend :)

Dr R Deakon is always in hurry . May be too many patients . We were still in room with questions . He was already near the door . It takes one month to get an appointment. His secretary is very rude . When an app was given she didn’t say where to meet. She is sitting in health care professional but has no patience .

Dr. Deakon did surgery on my broken fibula about 10 years ago. Perfect job, no side effects 10 years later and as good as new.
