Kaz Hardwood Floors
Kaz was an exceptional find for our project. He replaced three existing and different floorings with one engineered hardwood over two floors. Kaz is an excellent problem solver and will not cut corners to save time. His professional eye and experience made for suggestions and ideas we had not thought of. Kaz was very responsive to our phone calls and communicated from experience on all matters. He was able to connect us with other contractors for specialized work and all of them were top notch with what they delivered. We , without hesitation , would recommend Kaz for any flooring work.

True craftsmanship. Excellent knowledge, service, installation, custom manufacturing of transitions to porcelain tile areas. Attention to detail, levelling of subfloor irregularities. Our solid maple flooring including staircases look as perfect today as when they were installed 4 years ago. I would not trust anyone else with my flooring needs. Kaz also treated us and our home with the utmost of respect. He is a very honest and trustworthy individual.

Kaz was recommended to me by a friend who has high standards for workmanship in her home. I was just as impressed with Kaz’s skill, knowledge, care, kindness, and professionalism. Kaz has done various jobs in my home over the years. His quality of work is so exceptional that I wouldn’t consider hiring anyone else. Kaz takes the time to help you make a good choice in your flooring quality and then will make sure that the foundation for the flooring is the best that it can be with levelling and attending to squeaks etc. Then he will lay the flooring with attention to detail. He takes great pride in his work, he has that European work ethic that the job needs to be done to perfection with good quality materials and he leaves the place spotless in the agreed upon timeframe. Kaz is also a real craftsman and can do any kind of woodwork, railings, cabinetry, etc. I highly recommend Kaz; he is trustworthy and fair, and he always meets or exceeds even the highest of expectations.

We LOVE Kaz!! He was recommended to us by a friend and I am so thankful we had him do our flooring installation. He is honest, trustworthy, a perfectionist, does amazing work, is kind and cares SO much about making sure you are making the right decisions when it comes to choosing product, etc. He is very busy but that is a good thing as everyone knows he is the total package when it comes to professionalism and doing amazing work. He gave us so much advice and we are beyond appreciative for it. He is a craftsman who cares about the quality of work he does and his attention to detail is unreal. He goes above and beyond and also has referred us to some other guys that are the best in the business with what they do and we are beyond thankful for them too. He knows and recommends very very good people. He is an absolute gem and we are so thankful our flooring was done right, with the right products, correct levelling, great advice and kindness. Over the years I have been involved with installing hardwood floors on my own in a few rooms. I learned the basics from a family member. I had a hallway which was quite complicated and I thought it was beyond my hardwood flooring skill level . I contacted Kaz Hardwood Floors based on the good reviews. Kaz came by to do an estimate and it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable. The quote was fair and reasonable. The hardwood flooring job that Kaz did was really impressive. His flawless craftmanship and work ethic is hard to find these days. Kaz did not take any shortcuts, he properly prepared the subfloor and considered every detail when installing the hardwood and vinyl floor tiles. When it comes to installation and finishing details, his work is top notch and same goes for his tidiness and cleaning up afterwards. He has a vast knowledge of quality flooring materials and he can obtain them at good prices. The good reviews are well deserved and Kaz would be my first choice for any future flooring project.
