If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I took my son in who had been struggling with toe infections and pain. He had treatment to permanently remove ingrown toenails. Dr Kidanu and her team were wonderful. The team were friendly and professional. Dr Kindanu treated my son with grace and kindness and made the procedure as positive as possible. She took the time to make sure my son wasn’t in pain and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend the Foot Institute and specifically Dr. Kidanu and her team. Thank you for the exceptional care!!

Staff were all polite and efficient. The exam was quick but thorough. Order of orthotics takes 4 weeks. The only downside to this company is that they move around the locations so will not be back at this particular location for another 6 weeks.

These doctors don't care about you, they just wanna steal your money. I am mad that people 'dedicated to health' would treat their patients with such disrespect!My boyfriend went here and they made him pay hundreds of dollars for treatments that made his pain severely worse, and then failed to follow up with him even after he tried numerous times. I hope their staff read these reviews and do something about it, because I'm dissapointed in their honesty and integrity.

I'm only giving this 2 stars because the receptionist is nice.The doctor doesn't really care about you and will never follow up.The doctor prescribed me a steroid that made me really sick, but said she would follow up for an appointment that would help determine if it could help... She didn't follow up, and when I called I waited on hold for a LONG time, then the line would cut out after a while.It's been about a month since that expensive treatment and they haven't followed up, I've attempted to get ahold of them about 6 times.I ordered EXPENSIVE orthotics and they sent the orthotics to the wrong location, now I've been waiting for them for a few weeks and havent heard anything from them.Oh I almost forgot, they gave me a cortisone injection and I think the doctor injected me wrong because it made the pain WAYYYY worse, when I told them that on the next visit they said it must be something wrong with me and they didn't take responsibility.Then because it was me" they prescribed me some sort of ketamine treatment that cost hundreds and it didnt do anything.Overall the experience I've had with them has been really bad

The staff and in particular Dr. Eleni Kidanu are very good at serving their guests. I received a set of Orthotics and minor treatment for my feet. I would recommend anyone to this clinic!

We were referred to see a Podiatrist for proper assessment for orthotics. So first time we went to the Foot Clinic in Hidden Valley NW, although we had a few pairs of orthotics from a Chiropractor before. During first visit we were surprised how cold and rude receptionist was. We thought maybe she had a busy day, so did not take it personally. We got measurement done, but did not get any explanation of what kind of orthotics are available for current condition or what the best choice would be. You think that they would take a few minutes of their time to explain this since they charge $1070 for two pairs. They mentioned we would come for fitting so we thought ok that's when we will get all information. Fitting was done by a nurse who just placed orthotics in shoes and left the office without even asking patient to walk around to see how it feels. Also type of orthotic was chosen already without specific explanation from the doctor or nurse. We did not even see the doctor on second visit. On the second visit receptionist was even more rude. Atmosphere in the entire place felt really depressing. Husband went to a chiropractor in Panorama Physio who was super friendly, took his time to explain all different options and which is best prior to purchase, did very thorough fitting to make sure he was balanced, and charged $200 less for the same type of orthidic. We will never go to Foot Institute in NW for sure. This review is definitely not fake or from a competitor.

I used to have problems with my feet and I had no energy. It was hard for me to get around and stay active, but now that I've been going to the Foot Institute for a few weeks my feet don't hurt anymore and I feel like I can do anything. The doctors are so nice and they always take the time to talk to me about what's happening.

Great staff to deal with and the overall experience was pleasant.

The staff at this clinic is amazing! They are kind and respectful and take the time to explain everything. Would defiantly recommend to anyone who is looking at getting orthotics!

I went to see Dr. Kidanu for pain in my foot that I have had for a while. She believed it to be neuroma, she ordered Imaging to confirm 100% and I did have a neuroma. She discussed in detail, the long term solution was to correct my foot type, I have very high arches and that makes me more prone to neuromas. So she scanned me for custom orthotics, which I was very skeptical at first about because I have had a few orthotics in the past from chiropractors and physio and they never seemed to work. But I was wrong. The custom orthotics helped a lot this time and She made me a believer now. She also followed up with me a few times to make sure the orthotics were helping me. She also gave me one cortisone shot to help with pain and inflammation and suggested this would help in addition to the custom orthotics. I am pain free now and will be going back to her for any foot related issues.
