I participated in the most amazing four week Energy program Teresa offered.Her energy and peaceful way of presenting her course was the perfect way for me to learn and absorb, but also feel open to talk about anything that was blocking me from moving forward in my life.Through her presentation I learned a lot about myself and others and how to navigate different personalities and circumstances.I highly recommend taking her Energy course!Thank you so much Teresa !

I was wanting to meet with Teresa for some time to do the Life Binder process and I am so happy we finally made the decision to complete it. Teresa sharing her personal experience really opens your eyes to the importance of having your life information, small or large, documented and in one common spot where all family members can access it. From the simplicity of documenting passwords and bill information to the complexity of creating a Will, no details are left undone. She helps clear the assumptions and ensures you actually know the information needed. As the primary person in charge of paperwork in our house, I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders now that the knowledge is shared and can be found easily if needed when a stressful situation may arise. I would definitely recommend!

Teresa spoke to a group of approximately 300 employees and contractors. Her message was incredibly powerful. She tells the story firsthand of the true cost of workplace incidents. Her strength and honesty are incredible attributes that make her message so valuable.
