Absolutely fantastic customer service today, me and my spouse went in for a mattress for their special deal they were having. A huge shout-out to Nick, who sold us our mattress and was an absolute expertise on everything! We even got to learn so much beautiful information of his home country of Australia! Another shout-out to Katie at the customer care department, she was amazing to chat with and helped explain all the specs and details about our payment plans and made things a lot easier for us!Thank you for all your awesome customer service today and we absolutely will be back again!

Purchased a waher and dryer at the Bayers Lake store in Halifax. Tammy was a great help and also advised me of provincial environmental rebates that save me money. Very happy with her service and the products. So happy I returned a short time later to buy another dryer for a rental.

I purchased my bed in July 2020, I don’t have kids or pets that jumps on the bed, just used it for myself, is not overused or bad treatment. It did break down slowly through the time and I had to fix it by myself and I did realize how bad build was it. It was not any wooden surface for the screws on the corner angle plate, so I had to add more pieces and more screws for more support, same inside the side surfaces. A good bed supposed to last longer when is good builded. It was not a cheap buy.

I bought a TV from the Brick last year, and it arrived, smashed in peices. Didn't think too much of it, as these things can happen.Just this September (2012) We bough a couch, kitchen table set, and washer and dryer. The only thing not damaged when it arrived was the washer and dryer. We agreed to receive $100 off for the couch, as it barely got in our apartement, but are still waiting for our replacement table (today is October 23).They never contact us, I have to call every couple of weeks to see why we don't have a table yet. Last time (and the only time) they called to scedule a delivery, I had to say no, because both of us would be at work.So 3 weeks went by and I hadn't heard from them. Called them this morning, and was advised they only do deliveries on Saturday's for NEW products, not damaged products that they are replacing AND I can't get a refund because it's too late at this point (also not my fault) Does this make sense?? it's not my fault they delivered damaged goods!!!I called the store and talked to a lovely receptionist named Rebecca, who should be the one dealing with clients for the service department. Not only did she talk me off a ledge, she also got in touch with her sales manager, had them get a Saturday delivery for me in two weeks, and called me back to confirm, all in under one hour!Thank you Rebecca! I will be sure to call you manager to praise your fantastic customer service!BUT, Lesson learned, I will NEVER buy from the Brick again. Leon's next time.ARGH!

The sales representative, who is really knowledgable and very helpful to get me what I wanted. I’m very pleased with my purchase.!! Can’t wait to get it !! But I also ordered a deep freeze in a chair that was delivered today by two markable, young fellas were amazing … I look for to come back as I seen all kinds of other stuff that I would love to purchase in the near future but you guys have an amazing team of workers that helped me through my purchases that I made. Thank you so much Tracy.

Jacinta was extremely helpful with our bed purchase. They helped us buy it from Halifax and get it shipped to Ontario very smoothly and easily and helped us find the best deal from using the sale price and corporate discount as well as telling us the estimated prices for other desired items to be purchased using corporate discount. They were very informative and helpful.

Thank you to sales associate Myles Wells for helping us make an informed decision on a new dishwasher! He’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and after speaking with him we feel very confident that the brand and model wepicked will suit us perfectly. Definitely 5 star customer service :)

Best purchase I could have made! We went in looking for a small sectional and ended up finding this huge sectional at a dream of a price!We are loving this sectional everyday!

I dealt with Joanne today, I called and spoke to her before I drove to the store to make sure the 2 sofas i was planing to buy would qualify for the 1day promotion they have going. When I got there she said they were not ,just a waist of my time. she was arrogant and definitely didn't stretch an arm to help may be I didn't look to her like someone who would spend couple thousands who knows (she was definitely cheerful with the white couple though) I have respect for all people regardless of their job but if you are a sales rep act like one. Again with respect to everyone working in retail but if you are a bigshot you won't be working at the brick selling furniture, humble yourself lady and don't take up people on face value. That was my ranting for the day.

We went to the Brick to look at sofas. We were immediately greeted by Mckynlie Morgan. She was extremely helpful on showing us all the styles in the store based on our needs. She was very knowledgeable on fabrics, durability, and esthetics, as well as, carpets that would suit the set we liked. After two hours, we purchased the set. Details of the purchase, warranty and delivery were clearly explained to us. We left the Brick feeling very satisfied with our purchase.
