FIX AUTO OKOTOKS

I’m not happy with the work they did at repairing my truck, it looks like it has an angled bumper and every time I see another ford F150 I can see the difference between their front bumper. I cry inside every time I see the front of my truck, other people may not see the problem but I can.

Towed my vehicle to Fix Auto after a Collision, under the direction of my insurance company. Couldn't be happier with the service I received right from the beginning of the process. Joel and his staff were so accommodating to my needs as I couldn't make it to their shop inside regular business hours so they did everything they could to work around my schedule including staying late for me to pick it up once completed. The car looks amazing, can't even tell it was in an accident, and it was as clean as it looked the day I picked it up new. Would highly recommend Fix Auto and will return should I require anything related to my vehicles

This fix auto location did work on my vehicle in 2018 and there was nothing but issues. They said they would have my car for approximately 3 days, and they just couldn’t be bothered to communicate with me that they needed more time. As this went through insurance I had to keep them updated for my use of a rental car. Not to mention when I called for updates when they continuously didn’t communicate past the 3 days I was met with attitude like somehow expecting my car back, or at least communication was just too much to ask of them. 5 years down the road it looks like more work will need to be done on the parts they did. Because it was done with them the work is suppose to be under warranty, but yet again they couldn’t be bothered to return my attempts of contact. It wasn’t until threatening further action that they could be bothered to get back to me. Avoid this business.

Was very happy with the work fix auto did on my wife’s Audi Q3. Quick service, frequent updates and great communications and work making an accident “unhappen”. Will definitely be back if needed.

These guys are awesome, very helpful and go out of their way to go awesome work.

I was so amazed with the level of service I received at Fix Auto Okotoks. This was my first experience with a body shop, and it was an amazing one. Maggie at the front was amazing to deal with, I felt so at ease when I walked in the front door. I got a call to bring my car in on a Thursday and had my car back by the following Tuesday, the best part was the inside of my car was so much cleaner then when I gave it to them (got to love nice surprises like that). Overall it was an amazing experience getting the hail damage fixed, and if I ever need body work done again they will be my first call.Thank you so much, Erin Adam

I had a very good experience getting my car fixed at fix auto. They were very professional with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend anyone who needs work done on there vehicle to go here. By far the best bodyshop in Okotoks.

I had a good experience with staff and management. They answered all of my questions and explained the repair work options. The car was repaired to new conditions and was well warrantied. I also liked that they coordinated well with my insurance company and car rental.

Do NOT use this place !!! They are horrible!! I brought my car here on the recommendation of my insurance. Fix Auto seems incapable of fixing your car without causing more damage to it. They lied to me, tried giving me lame excuses as to why they can’t fix the damage THEY CAUSED, and eventually ended up ghosting me and my insurance. They are just straight up SCAMMERS ! If you are young and seem like you might not have much knowledge about cars they will talk down to you, and make you feel crazy asking for anything. I’ve never felt so disrespected like I have going to this body shop. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Fix Auto was so great the first time I used them over a year ago. Accident happened on a Thursday, got my car to the shop right away, and had it back the following Wednesday. They cleaned inside and out, I was ecstatic. They were extremely polite and always in contact with me letting me know what was going on with my car. Morley was beyond nice and went over everything with me when I got it back.I am dealing with them again currently, and they are going out of their way to come take a look at my car before it even gets towed to their location. Considering the accident took place over the long weekend, and they are busy, I have no complaints.
