This branch is near my house. And I have a big family around here so mostly we do birthdays and other stuff. But unfortunately especially this branch is handled by the kids and very unprofessional and rude kids. Which I find they don’t know how to behave respectfully and accommodating. Anyway mostly have a very bad experience and I’m not happy at all.

They have the worst staff, mean on the phone and in store I felt rushed.I ordered five balloons and as she was filling them, they kept exploding on her, with either a cut defect or she just blew them up too big. At home another exploded and one started to loose air. When I called to explain, the girl was extremely rude and refused to listen to me and hung up on me (after I was out on hold for over 15 minutes)

Obviously they are lacking staff but that’s not the issue. The manager I’m guessing is very rude and condescending to her staff in front of clients . Even in a rush it should be handled with patience properly. I was disgusted by her behaviour. I’ve worked with the public for over 20 years and would never treat my employees that way.

We ordered a gender reveal balloon the morning of our party. The service was very fast (balloon ready in 10 minutes) and the cashier was very friendly.The product selection for party themes is huge! Definitely going back to Party Expert for any of my themed party needs and even to get ideas.

I had my son birthday in February and order balloon to pick on Saturday. I know they close at 5 but I was on my way they was huge traffic on taschereau and I called to say i will be little late of 2 min. The lady in party expert try to be on time and we close at 5 if you make it come next day. I was very mad I understand they had a long day but I took my time to call them that I will be little late and that is answer I got.

Worst customer service ever, If I could leave Zero start to that store I would. I called to know if they could prepare 1 ballon for me and I would picked up after work because I’m in a rush first of all they said no so zero accommodation for the client. Not a lot of people has time to come in and wait for the store to fill ballons most of people would like their order to be ready. I spoke to the supervisor to ask if she could make an exception for me she said no and hung up the phone on me right after. As a supervisor you are the one supposed to lead by example. So thank you for your amazing customer service ! NEVER AGAIN !

Poor service, we ordered a garland for a kids birthday party for 10ft a week in advance, we received 3 piece with lots of balloon already lost air and not clear how to attach them. They didn’t tie balloons properly that they fall easily. Not recommended at all

all stuff related to any party..baby shower, anniversary, birthday party, graduation...all such good themes... so many pinatas... love all the stuff and staff is super soft and polite.. my son got a balloon which they filled for free even after a week's purchase...
