The game was great. The building needs attention. Concession stand needs guide lines or rope. Blocking thru way from one side to the other. Bigger washrooms or build more.

Great game, home team won

Buyer Beware. I purchased a pair of tickets online with my credit card to a Dec 17 2022 game which ended up being cancelled. After talking to the box office and sales rep Eric i was told that they wont give a cash refund or credit back to my card, and only offered seats for a game down the road.I live three hours away and only frequent Peterborough every two to three years, if that. As it was the team and league decision to cancel i should be offered my money back, seems fair and reasonable. No was the answer, we keep your money and you have to take what we offer even though its us that cancelled. Very poor customer service and a rip off. No way i would buy Petes tickets again with that attitude. Its not about the money its the point. Crooks.

Great place. Food was good service was excellent. Go to tons of Pete's always a have a great time

The games are reasonably priced and make for a great fun night out with friends.Make sure you arrive 20 minutes early though because parking is bad.

Great place to watch a game.

The game was great but we sat in the club/restaurant seats and it took 20 min to get a menu but after getting the menu no waitress even came to take our order.. We went there to eat dinner and left dissapointed and hungry.. The guy behind us ordered before the game started and never got his food.. Very very poor service.. Never again...

Nothing against the Pete's team or the staff but their arena isn't the best. I realize that isn't the Pete's fault but some improvements could be made.The one thing the Pete's could definitely improve on is the setup. I've been to several OHL rinks and one thing that didn't make sense to me is the direction they shoot. At every other arena i've been to the home team shoots twice toward the end with the most fans. Walking into the Arena you would think that the Pete's would shoot toward the Family Zone" being the end with the most fans. But the Pete's shoot toward the boxes for some reason."

Had a great time at the game, great time buying merchandise, and am excited to go back. Petes Rock

Always a nice place to come see a game. Nice to be back full capacity.
