Spirit Halloween

Never been here and would not go. Filling this out to get it off my timeline.Have requested removal over 1 dozen times

I hate shopping here when I’m looking for something specific. When you try to phone a store, the recording gives you the runaround and there’s no way to possible speak with a human. I drove 20 mins there and back because of this, and they didn’t have what I needed. I ended up going to party city instead!

Unique Halloween store..... Costumes .... make up ..masks... props .. Is big store...Big selection.. lots of choices.... Friendly.. helpful staff ....

I was shopping at the Abbotsford location and the older balding manager noticed my visible tattoos and started to follow me and my older sister around the store. I noticed and tried to shrugged it off as I didnt think much of it in the moment.I was in the store for a total of 5-7 minutes browsing as he watched us. As I began to leave the store with my family, he raised his voice to us and said he needed to check my shopping bag I had from the store Below The Belt (I had just purchased 2 sweaters 20 mins prior to entering Spirit Halloween).I am not impressed whatsoever with lack of customer I received from the management, especially it being their manager.I will be purchasing my daughters costumer elsewhere.I definitely will not be returning to this location if I will be discriminated against and called out for 'Theft' in a store full on people for absolutely reason.Abbotsford Spirit Halloween 0/10

Absolutely appalled of the customer service. Accused of stealing after spending over $150. Manager got involved and had just as much lack of respect as his employee did. I will NEVER support spirit Halloween again. They didn’t care to hear what we had to say. Cashier said some very nasty things. I have never had an experience like that in my life.

If you want to rob a bank, surprisingly, a good place for disguise. I got lazy, tardy, caught up in my own confidence and just robbed the spirit halloween. So I'll be selling fake blood, handcuffs, capes, wigs, etc... outside my van for the next year. Business is slow because it isn't halloween.

Very disappointed at the selection this year, and for a kids costume don't expect any deals . The lady infront of us paied 75 dollars and if the costume doesn't fit they DO NOT refund they only exchange . With no change rooms your better off to go to Wamart .

My favorite place!! In my world, it's a cute Halloween all year round ♡ I only came to scope things out, but when I go back I will definitely leave with more than I intend to as always lol. Sooooo many goodies ♡

Love this store. We like to go to a few locations with our almost 4yr old and scare him with decorations! Costumes are plenty to choose from and good quality!
