Please forward this info to the correct people, because I've had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. My insurance company has this pharmacy listed as their preferrer pharmacy, and I am unable to use any other. First, I never ever get notifications as to when my medication will be delivered, they just show up without confirmation. Second, whenever I have an issue or question, I spend minimum 30 minutes on hold waiting to contact someone. The last time I spent over an hour 4 separate times on hold before calling the receptionist and finally getting pushed through to a manager. Third, and most importantly, my meds are repeatedly delivered to the wrong location at my work, despite me calling multiple times to clarify they MUST be brought to reception, and asked multiple times to ensure there is a note written on the package to please deliver to reception. Again, today, the meds were brought and dropped off at the back entrance to someone who had no idea what to do with them.

Please DO NOT use this pharmacy if you are looking to have a quality, reliable and effective experience.I have been using this pharmacy for several years, 13 to be exact!Over the course of this time period with very little issues, a few dispensing issues or a hiccup here and there but nothing we couldn’t resolve together in a quick, timely and efficient manner.Fast forward to the last 6 months I’ve had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. From dispensing my medication on time for my monthly appointments, to multiple calls back and forth due to misinformation from the pharmacy to my coverage provider and vice verses. Since then I have spent countless hours on the phone with the pharmacy, and those alike being stressed out, belittled, disrespected, and argued with over misinformation and dispensing my prescription properly with no resolution. I have never experienced this level of unprofessional behaviour, harassment, and bullying at this level of pharmacy ever!Do yourself a favour and avoid this specialty health network pharmacy at all costs! They care more about the money in their pocket at the end of the day than they do about providing you a professional experience and quality care you deserve in a respectful manner from all levels.
