I would highly recommend Dr. Liang to help you boost your health and wellness. He’s been our chiropractor for more than a year now. He helps me and my mom with stubborn back and neck pain as well as achieve a better posture I am aiming for. He’s very professional, approachable and down to earth person. He’s always open to give you the best plan they have based on your needs and even willing to help you with accidental bone problems (ankle and knees). Our back became lighter since then and it does really made a great impact on our mobility and daily tasks.

Dr. Liang is an excellent chiropractor. I visited several specialists, osteopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists for my lower pain, but only Dr. Liang was able to significantly help me. My pain level and mobility degree changed after the first visit. I highly recommend Dr. Liang to anyone.

I started visiting this location almost a month ago. I had severe trouble with my neck resulting in shoulder pain. This pain started almost a year ago. I also have lower back pain for almost 2 decades now. My job profile keeps aggravating my pain nonetheless. I tried physiotherapy pre-covid but that seemed more like a temporary relief and was expensive. I was looking at more long lasting treatment. When I met Dr. Liang he took my x-rays and took time to explain my current situation (which isn't too good) and elaborated on his techniques and how my problem can be fixed. He seems very positive and knowledgeable and super patient to answer my random questions with a smile. In a month I have seen vast improvement and his exercises are really helpful. The best part is that he always adds more adjustments based on how well I am improving and also explains the outcome of his treatment. That is very relieving and brings in hope towards a healthier future. I still remember him asking me my goals towards my health and wellbeing. My work is always busy and he is very flexible with appointment times. I am very happy with his service and highly recommend him!

Highly recommend Essential Chiropractic and Wellness Centre and in particular Dr. Liang. I got an appt very quickly for my immediate pain and with just one appt including a few adjustments, my back was feeling immediately better. Dr. Liang is not the type to continue treatments just to keep you coming back. He really does just address your needs, offers sound advice and makes return appointments as needed.
