Denied a walk-in for my son because we didn’t have an appointment, not a single person was getting a haircut. Walked by 15 minutes later with the same person sitting on their cell phone, will never be going back here again.

I really would like to put a shout out to Charolette, she did a fabulous job on my hair, wish now that I took some before and after shots,. She took the time to do so. She had done foils and colour. I would recommend to go see her. Lovely lady and she knows what she is doing. Very professional. Thank you CHAROLETTE.

My mother had her hair cut yesterday & came away practically scalped. Uneven sides. She looks ridiculous. What a mess. Don't waste your time here. Place should be closed

Had an amazing experience with Charlotte!! She made my hair look so so amazing!!Only review I'd give is to the company .. seems like you need a cordless phone lol poor girl had to keep leaving to answer

Horrible customer service. Stylist didn’t even get off a chair to cut my sons hair.. Rude and uncomfortable atmosphere. Kids cut is not kid friendly price either

Mom had an appointment waited for 35 minutes one girl working just ridiculous for an hairdresser should be at least one other working maybe the owners should address there staff so people are not waiting so long

The girls were pleasant enough no qualms there. My complaint is simply about the small trim the back of my hair received. Nothing else. Took her 5 minutes. Still charge me for a full hair cut. I don't believe I received good value for my money. I will not be returning.

Love that this location is so accommodating of disabilities. Their hairstylist, Charlotte, requires a stool/chair to make it through her day, and she’s easily the best hairstylist I’ve ever been to. Love what she does with my long hair. Thank you, SmartStyle Chatham!

Was at your shop at 11 am Nov 19 2023 asked for a haircut told not until 1pm. Did my shopping while watching the stylist play on her phone with no customers.
