Shred-it

I really enjoy doing work with this company. Everyone from the internal representatives, people at the call center, and pick up drivers are all very kind and hard works. I would definitely recommend.

This is the best way of getting rid of a quantity of paper. We took a few boxes of old paperwork to Shred It. It was a very reasonable cost to get rid of it at once. It was shredded and recycled. The guys were great and took it out of the car for me. Definitely will use this company again. Highly recommend them.

We did a big clean up of documents at our office.The service was top class right from the first phone call to completion. I would recommend and use again.

We use ShredIt at our law office for shredding confidential documents. They are always courteous, friendly, prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

I will never have Shred-it work for me ever again. They were not reliable and had horrible service on every level, except the Inside Sales person who helped me set up my contract details.I signed a contract and over estimated my needs by 9 boxes just to be sure I was covered for any size difference and Shred-it supposedly add another 10 boxes as a buffer. I was NOT over my contract quantity but when the truck arrived to the site the driver rudely told my staff that it was impossible for him to shred all of my boxes. He said we had too many boxes for his truck and he had to go to another site after mine. Heated words were said by both parties but no effort was made to resolve my issue that day or since. I have made 3 long and involved phone calls as well as sent many emails with no results.It is now June and I have been more than reasonable as I am the one reaching out for assistance. I have heard nothing and any staff that I talk to claim my issue is with a different department.My inside sales person did try and help me try to complete my shredding job by reaching out to her team mates but sadly that has gone nowhere. It is now June and I started this project in February so now I am giving this review. I would prefer angry faces instead of stars at this point.

This was our first time using Shred-it and I would not hesitate to use their services again and to refer them to our business associates. The team is experienced, professional and very friendly. When you give your job to Shred-it, you have one less thing to worry about!

Fast and efficient. $15 per file box for drop off secure shredding. Saved me so much time, and probably saved my small home shredder.Will use thier service again.

They have a revolving door. They treat their employees like trash.If they don't trust you ,they should not hire you they put cameras in their trucks to watch you all day. We don't put cameras in their bedrooms or maybe they are into that.Don't work here.they even lost the Shoppers drug mart account

Always professional and straight up about services and prices. After taking care of your materials (shredding them) they will send you a certificate of destruction. We use them for residential needs and find them to be reasonable priced. There is an option for them to pick up bins you rent from them bits too pricey an option for me, given I am able to drive to the location with my items
