I was so impressed with everyone I dealt with at Senior Helpers Durham East. They are all so caring, and their flexibility in meeting our family's needs was incredibly helpful. They put people ahead of profit, and that's rare these days. I particularly want to thank Millicent for the gentle, patient care she gave my Mother; she took such a weight off of us and we'll always be grateful for that. I can't recommend Senior Helpers enough!

There are not enough words, nor the appropriate words to describe the amazing service from the Senior Helpers Durham East team.I met with a Senior Helpers Durham East care provider who was taking care of a neighbour. She was kind and friendly and honest. I immediately felt safe with her. Ruth referred me to their office where I was connected with Kyle and Janine.Kyle is TOP NOTCH!!!! Always calm and patient whenever I call. He scheduled an appointment for Janine to meet with our family. She was there the next day.Janine is incredible! So knowledgeable and caring. She sees what needs to be done and helps you through IT ALL!Our caregiver Will; truly a “God send” to our family. He was the ideal fit for our family and most importantly for dad’s care. Senior Helpers was a Godsend for me when I needed help and care for my mom. They were with my mom and I every step of the way from home care to finding and moving into residence always reviewing and adjusting to our needs. Most all they are knowledgeable and caring. They truly cared about us and assisted in any way they could. They heard and responded when it came to PSW care. They felt like part of the family. We found out about Senior Helpers by fluke. So when Lenni was working at my mom's long term care home she met my mom and my mom clicked with her right away. They check on my mom all the time, even on days they are not scheduled to be with her. I'm incredibly thankful for the care my mom gets and am comforted to know she is in great hands. I can sleep better at night because of them.

Our mother has been using this wonderful service since June 2019 and we are so grateful. She struggles with Lewy Body dementia and her Senior Helper Lenni is so wonderful and caring. She keeps my mom active and her mind stimulated with fun activities, as well as provides support for day to day stressors. Tks so much!

Senior Helpers were a blessing. They coordinated the PSW's extremely well and all the PSW's were loving and caring to my mom in her last year. I never felt anxious or had to worry about the care being given.Senior Helpers is professional and very organized.

Senior Helpers was there to help us when a family member had a medical emergency. We needed the assistance of a qualified PSW. Our consultant quickly arranged a home visit. Soon a wonderful PSW was here to help.
