Due to an unfortunate event my house was flooded . The Paul Davis team was very prompt to assist and I can highlight the quality of the team from bottom to top: emergently team(Trevor), emergency team manager, project manager (Dough), customer service(Alexis), Evaluation expert(Marissa) all acted prompt, courteous and efficient .I would recommend without hesitation this company, as a model of customer service . Well done!Thank you very much again !

Not the greatest experience would not recommend to people not familiar with construction. Easy to start job but finishing been a headache borderlining extreme unprofessionalism. I had a house heating system bursting over christmas flooding most of the house. This establishment has been recommended by insurance company. Initial communication was great. Fast response and emergency services were completed promtly. Restoration however was ok at first and then been plagued by constant delays and unprofessional behavior. Was promised 5/6 week completion time in words only. Nothing firm on paper. 6 weeks passed and project was only half done. Until i started doing visits, taking time off work to visit site and writing emails to insurance every other day progress was going at snail pace. Basically i had to supervise project details and emailing their project supervisors and insurance agents thus perfoming job that Paul Davis has undertaken. In the process kitchen cabinets were slightly damaged, front door broken. It has been 3 months since they started and few items are still not done and i had to clean up after their subcontractors and supervise job deficiencies repeteadly while taking time off my own projects. They are paid inflated rates for their jobs and frankly i dont understand why do i have to do their jobs for them at my own time... subdivision quality restoration and service

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS COMPANY!!We unfortunately had no choice what company would be used to change the flooring after a flooding in our home. This is the company was who was given to us and they were AWFUL!After many discussions about dates for them to come in and change the flooring (including, if you did not respond to their emails promptly enough, threats to change the dates of renovations again) we had finally decided on dates. It was during a long weekend and we were specifically told by Alexis we had to be out by 6am on the Tuesday following the long weekend or they would not begin work and threatened to postpone it. We were out by the proposed date and they did not start work until two days later. When I questioned Alexis about this she assured me work would be finished by the previously discussed date. It wasn't. There was no trim, paint, or cleaning done and there were still holes in our walls (see attached photos). When I had to email about this again the only response I was given by Alexis was sorry for the inconvenience". We had to reschedule our moving company and had to find a place to sleep for an extra night due to this "inconvenience". When I brought up these issues I was promptly told that she would no longer be communicating with me in a condescending and rude email.Once they finally came in and finished the work

Had the pleasure of dealing with Kristen. She paid very close attention to detail, was very professional and reliable. My house repairs went very smooth and I am extremely happy!

Paul Davis West GTA was a 10 out of 10 every step of the way when we had a plumbing leak that resulted in water running into the ceiling and walls of a downstairs bathroom. Every person we dealt with was courteous, on time, and competent - they cared.. Ray the Project Manager kept us informed of the next steps in the process and checked in regularly on how it was going from our perspective. There was more to be done then we would have imagined - from drying and mold mitigation through to the repairs and then the finishing work to restore things. The whole experience could not have been better. Thank you!

This company is the worst I have had to deal with . My insurance company called them for a flood in my house. A guy by the name of Bruce answers the phone and says “we don’t give estimates of repairs, when the insurance company calls , we assume we have a job “ . I respond I just want to know what I need to repair and where is the damage, he comes in puts a bunch of dehumidifiers, and leaves . I call him back , he goes “ listen it’s after hours and I don’t know what you need to repair” this is at 530 pm . I ask how long it will take , he goes “we have permission to start tearing things up on Monday from the home owner” this is not true . I again ask what is the estimate , what needs to be repaired and how long it will take , he responds , “ we know you are not going with our company anyways , I will speak to the Insurance company.” All this time I am just asking for an estimate and repair time . This is the Shadiest company. I just saw their homestars reviews !

Fly by night company!!There is no office. There are many phone lines, that all forward to one phone number in Burlington. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHERE THE OFFICE IS. They will only take a message, and not call back. I am in the process of reporting them.

They did a good job to address the water damage, replacing all the flooring. They were responsive and reasonable. Overall, I am satisfying.

The company did a basement clean up after my basement flooded with sewer water back in February. They sent a large team and did a thorough clean up job. I was impressed.However, the job was never finished. Boxes of items that were contaminated with category 3 sewage were left in my garage (it's now May). The project manager never sent me a list of the listed items and said he normally sends directly to the insurance company. After a number of emails to the project manager, with no response, my insurance company had to do a follow up to Paul Davis. Turns out the project manager was no longer employed with Paul Davis (why no auto response to email set up?). When I asked them about the damaged items in the garage they said the crew didn't deem them to be damaged and didn't offer to remove the items even though a bag was dated and wrote listed" on it. Some of the children's items had sewer water damage.I know things happen
