We really enjoyed our lunch at this restaurant. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but when you get inside it's really beautifully decorated. There is good transition from one area to another so you don't feel like you're in one big open space, it feels more private and quiet. We both had the same thing which was a lasagna stack. Which is kind of like a crunchy breaded lasagna, with a different sauce in between three layers. It was really good, The only thing about it that I didn't really like was the arugula that was put on top which looked nice but added nothing to the flavor of the dish. If it had been served on the side with an oil and vinegar or some sort of dressing, I think it would have improved the dish. They have a bread bar, which is in the middle of the restaurant. Five maybe six types of bread as well as six types of butter. Things like garlic butter, pesto butter, and a few others. You would pick whichever pieces of bread you wanted and then there was a square grill right behind the bread bar where you could grill your own which was a really nice touch.Price wise, I would say that this restaurant is on the expensive side. We had two beer and two entrees and the bill was 100 bucks. So this isn't somewhere that you're going to go for a quick bite, this is somewhere where you might go on a special occasion or a business lunch, at least that is what I would take into consideration when visiting a restaurant in this price point. Our server was awesome, very friendly and welcoming.

Our meals consisted of Steak and spagetting for me, and Salmon and parmasean fries for my wife. The spaghetti was amazing, the striploin steak was ok.I had to spice up the steak a bit with salt and pepper. The Salmon was very good and vegetables were all good. One issue I do have is the fact that the blinds for the windows were filthy, and should be cleaned immediately.

The food and employees here were fantastic. Our waitress was super kind, considerate, and helpful. Food tasted great - we got the linguine Alfredo & duck confit pizza. The bread bar is a plus. Would come back again.

It was very hard finding a parking space as the restaurant is in a hotel which shares the parking lot. But once we got in it was worthwhile. The food and service were excellent and we enjoyed our meals. One bonus was a bread bar where you have choices of bread, butter spreads and then you can grill/toast your bread to your liking. I would return next time we are in town for Italian food again.

Very nice restaurant. Nice decorations and Italian theme. Short in staff. For 2 days in a row there was a long wait to be seated.Long wait to order. Not busy. The eggs were well prepared. The waitress “Norma” was very friendly and I give her 5 stars, she was performing the job of 3 waitresses.

Excellent food and service! We came in to celebrate my son's 18th birthday and our night was made even more special thanks to the servers care and attentiveness.I had Pizza E Duettos, so I chose a half portion of the Mushroom Truffle Oil pizza and a half portion of Spaghetti Napoletana, it was delicious. Everyone loved what they had, we all tasted each others, and were blown away by how amazing everything was. Also, the bread bar is a genius addition and probably my favorite part!We will be back!

First the good:The server was prompt and very friendly even though the restaurant was packed. The not-so-good:Overrated and overpriced items.Went to Pacinis for dinner in the hope to get real traditional Italian cuisine. I am sorry to say but the food names on the menu were Italian, but the taste not so much. We are from Europe and can distinguish the real Italian taste. Also a bit disappointed about the portion sizes. The lasagna for $24 (July 2023) was way overpriced. My wallet was bigger than the lasagna tray. I would not recommend.Even more disappointing was the desert. The $5.25 Dolci" glas was about 2 inches high and as wide as the spoon for it to fit in. The pictures on the desert menu are misleading."

I was here for Easter Brunch, and ordered the an Eggs Bendict with sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese. It was amazing! It tasted wonderful, and it was really filling. There is also a bread bar that had a great selection of various breads and spreads.

My wife and I flew into Calgary today and this was the first place we ate at. Great Italian restaurant. Excellent portions. Authentic piece of Italy. We were served by Estrea, she provided excellent service! We will come back!

Good place to come if you're really hungry because of the free AYCE bread bar.Drink - Pepsi, all you can drink for 4$.Deep fried lasagna - 8/10, interesting take on lasagna and was enjoyable. Could use more sauce and stuffing.Pesto chicken pasta - 7/10, overcooked chicken, pasta was pretty good.Atmosphere - built like a large chinese buffet. Can feel empty at times.
