I just called OTA as they sent me the wrong logbooks. The girl was extremely rude and condescending. She needs some training on customer service - I didn’t deserve that treatment.

The biggest lie of a group right after the ATA. Notice how OTA pushes for rules following the requests of mega carriers? Love how the OTA is complaining about the driver shortage when their members have some of the lowest pay in the transportation industry. Take challenger as an example.Thanks for looking out for the millions of dollars on the line for the big carriers while squeezing the small carriers out./Sarcasm

Not a voice for real truckers. These guys set rules based on corporate greed and control. They are not the real voice of truckers. Multi millionaires who circle jerk each other into finding ways to make more rules and money. Half or more never even seen a truck let alone drove one.
