Skydive SWOOP

Felt very safe with Mick, went tandem twice now. Took longer than expected both times but to be fair they do say plan for the day. Friendly and welcoming bunch, hoping to start PFF with them soon!

The entire staff was beyond amazing and even gave a shout out to me over the PA that it was my birthday. All the regulars that were skydiving as well that day were super cool and the entire experience was a 10/10. Easily the best company i've ever interacted with in my entire life. (Jumped summer 2021 but forgot to give a review til now, and I couldn't not leave this 5 star review after I remembered the way they treated me)

I did the skydive along with my partner & it was a fantastic experience. Very well trained instructors & they click awesome photos & videos. You can book your slots online which I think is gr8

I totally believe that my jump experience was so much better because of how great the staff are! Every person I met was friendly, welcoming and just love what they do. They'll go above and beyond for you. I did my tandem with Alex, who took the most amazing photos and who's energy and training helped me have ZERO fear! I will definitely be a returning customer (maybe even a solo jumper) Best customer service and best place to skydive!Seriously, just go there!!!

An exhilarating experience! SWOOP Team are uber friendly, confidentabout their skill and professional. From the moment I walked in they made me feel at ease. My tandem diver Alex was amazing, he made my jump an experience of a lifetime. I was pumped full of adrenaline and couldn't stop smiling from top to bottom. Thank you Swoop! I specifically recommend the site in Dundas. The staffs’ energy, politeness, hospitality and friendliness made this experience memorable. They don’t treat you like a paying customer or view you as just a job needed to be done. They love what they do and they do it perfectly. Such an amazing experience. As for safety, I was not scared one bit the staff on site have 30+ years of experience which was reassuring and convincing enough for me to not back out. The feeling of course is indescribable.

Did my first tandem jump and had a blast! Alex was my instructor and he's a great hype man. Felt very safe with him. Would definitely jump again!
