Horrible experience with staff. Left angry and upset. My father passed away and the registration was under his name. The staff did not care and gave attitude towards me and my mom. Told my mom she can not renew the registration as my dad name is on registration. Showed proof that my mom had ownership of car too. The staff did not care. Will never come back. Lack of empathy.

Please do not go here. Save yourself some time and energy, and find another registry. The asian guy working here seem to follow his own rules and control other employees. Straight up rude and ignorant. Went with my dad who is here on a visitor visa for his knowledge test. We provided all the necessary documents but the guy denied him his class 7 license after he cleared his test! Later, I searched up online to double check, the explanation he provided was so wrong. Walked away once I realized it was pointless arguing. The guy just didn’t wanna listen! So annoying.Ended up going to another registry and got the job done with no issues.

Extremely poor attitude of staff. The man with less hair and wear glasses, I don’t know his name, but his attitude was really bad, especially the way he talk. I am living in this community, that’s why I came to this registry several times, but never have a good experience from them, especially the Chinese who work there. If you living around but able to drive, please don’t visit this for sure!

Unlike many I had a great experience here and it was surprisingly quiet on a Friday afternoon which was awesome!I was in and out in less than 5 mins and the lady at the counter was so pleasant.

I wish I could put a negative review. I went in with a vehicle VIN number to ask if the vehicle was registered in the system, so I would know if I needed an inspection or not before registering the vehicle. The person said they could not provide that information unless I had a proof of ownership and it would cost $25.00. I explained I didn't want a history of the vehicle but only if it was previously registered in Alberta and in the system. He insisted I had to provide proof of ownership and $25.00. He was totally wrong, as I told him. I have done this numerous times at other registries. I went to a registry a short distance away and got my answer right away for no charge. He claimed to be the manager. I really hope he is not as he has no idea what he was doing. I will never return there.

I go here every time. They are professional, always helpful and knowledgeable. I will drive across the city too use this business.

5 star rating to Natalie who works at this location. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Struggled for months trying to get GDL lifted from my license. Spent 2 months going back and forth with summer side registry but she sorted everything out for me within an Hr.

The experience here at this registry is very poor the employees make you feel unwelcomed it's a very unwelcoming feeling to be in this place, it does feel like a very big scam I did pay for IDs and now I'm not able to get those IDs back or my refund for those IDs I paid for, I was actually told I have to put more money into getting my IDs after I just paid for the most expensive one and I was told that I wasn't allowed to get a year ID because they didn't do them here I had a friend call and they do, do them here so the staff is very aware of being untrustworthy towards their customers. I think that the staff needs to take some courses on how to deal with customers because if this was a very poor experience on a scale of 1 to 10 I did not even want to give this a star it is a zero for me to go here unless you want to get ripped off. Know I have to talk to the manager to be able to see what I could do to get my money back because this is very unprofessional. It shouldn't take this much energy to get something done.

This office needs to close!!! Who licensed them and how? Constant errors in filling out various forms!!! Absolutely unskilled workers!!! None of my questions were resolved on time and without any errors!!! Take away their license and close this office!!! Such illiterate employees should not provide this kind of service!

I've had 2 interactions with this registry over the past several weeks. I have been blown away by the friendly and helpful staff. Definitely not the norm we've all experienced at other registry offices. Most are grumpy and sour with you. Keep up the great work!
