I had ordered for my kid strawberry lime juice . I had a request without ice and sugar. The person blended the ice and gave it to me. When I received it I did ask that u should have told , u r planning to blend it, he started yelling at me. I had such a bad experience

Great service and friendly staff! Try out the bubble waffle with any of their drinks. These two make the perfect pair! If you have any questions or would like a recommendation, the staff is always there to provide their insightful tea knowledge and their personal favorite drinks to try out!

Brown sugar tea is pretty solid here, but there is a fair amount of ice in it. If you don't like ice be sure to ask for less ice.They have a pretty decent selection of bubble tea here (see menu).One nice thing that they have here is a tumbler (good for cold bbt) where you can buy this for $15.99 and your first drink is free. All refills after that with the tumbler will be $0.25 off your purchase.

Drinking with a cheap feeling, and no corresponding tag, I want white peach drink, but the actual taste is like oolong flavor. Waste of money, and give me back my 7 dollars! Give back to me!!!

The barista (Nicole) was really kind and helpful. She made my experience much better. She is pretty good with interacting with costumers and also there are good amount of options for drinks and they were pretty delicious.

First time seeing a bubble tea store in Guilford. Presentation is nice but I'm gonna give it to you straight. I ordered fresh mango slush with Pearl (Large size) which came up to a 7.40, the most I've paid for bbt. The results were no good. It's not fresh mango and it doesn't taste like it at all. I've seen some good reviews from this place by many others but for me myself it was a bad experience.

Great selection, friendly staff and great taste!This was one of my first in mall experiences post covid, and I was nervous because of the crowds.Thankfully, Presotea has limits on the people allowed inside as well are super fast to ensure you're in and out, with what you've ordered.My experience was great, staff were quick and attentive and got me my stuff quick!Will come again.
