Very very happy with Dominion. First time using them, and now it won't be my last. I worked with Kara-Lee and Keanna. There were times I didn't know how to find papers the lender needed and they were patient and prompt with me through the whole thing. It felt alot like family, those girls were so kind and they cared about taking care of me and getting me the best rates. I would recommend Dominion to anyone who asks!

Dominion Lending recently arranged our mortgage renewal. Unlike other mortgage companies we contacted, they were able to arrange ALL the terms we requested. The service was outstanding!

absolutely terrible. The mortgage broker lied to us and told us our approval was done, then it turned out that he had not yet even submitted our documents to the bank. We tried complaining to his manager Jim Black ( short weasel of a guy who looks like charlie brown) and he was totally useless. He admitted that his employee had screwed up but did nothing to make up for the thousands of dollars that we feel we lost. We plan to file a formal complaint against them with the real estate board and probably sue them for the money they cost us. Complete amateurs and terrible service. Will not recommend them at all!!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Graham Reimer and his team at Dominion Lending Centers. Right from the start the whole team was supportive and friendly and SO efficient. Within a few days of reaching out we received a conditional approval for a mortgage, we found a home shortly after (truthfully, we'd had our eye on it for a little while), put in an offer over the weekend and had confirmation on the approval by the middle of the following week. Everyone at Dominion was SO efficient and lovely to deal with that I'd STRONGLY recommend reaching out to them if you are seeking a mortgage. Additionally, I inquired about recommendations for realtors, and Graham directed me towards Nathan Watson at Realtor.ca and...he too was ACE!! So, not only great financial services at Dominion but great recommends too!
