Tried to phone to see what they had available for pipe tobacco or organic pouch tobacco and they did not answer the phone. I dropped in anyway. Basically nothing: Drum and three generic pipe tobaccos - probably dry as snuff, which I was not looking for!

This is a convenience store and the humidor is nothing more then an ikea cubbard. I wouldn't ever tell anyone to go here for cigars

GarbageI had asked if they had some sort of sampler pack cause I was unsure what sort of cigars I would like and he took it to mean I wanted free cigars and was rude. So if your just getting into cigars I would avoid.Now that I think of it staff in general were not able to help me with some pretty simple questions. Cigars were okay (a bit dry) so I would avoid this place.

I bought a packet of Captain black pipe tobacco for 25$ there. To my horror online I found that everybody 2-3$ for the same pipe tobacco and the same amount!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also found the package I paid 25$ for is part of a pack which has 6 to 10 packets and only costs avg 33$. If you like being duped go there. They also have a sketchy debit machine which I do not trust and didn't work on the first time so that forced me to use the ATM and incur an extra 1.60 charge. Do not be a victim like me, don't get taken advantage of, and DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER if you take one thing from this review.

I asked them a product on a phone call told them brand name and everything, but the person on call keeps saying tell me the product name , what type of product is , i told him 100 times but he don't understand , worse store and person ever i talked with

The new owners seem to have updated the place a lot! I go to this store on a daily basis as it is really close to home, and I have never seen the store this clean and well-maintained in years. Kind service, good prices and clean. I am so happy the new owners made this place better!
