Very good customer service! I had to exchange a luggage and they were very helpful and accommodating! Service was quick and easy! The luggage brands and sizes are great with great prices! I would definitely recommend :)

I needed to replace a damaged suitcase wheel and contacted Holiday Group to see if I could buy a new one, since I didn't know if the suitcase was still under warranty and anyway the damage was my fault. Mohammed sent me a new set of four wheels at no charge, keeping me updated along the way regarding the processing delays due to the COVID-19 lockdown. The customer service and support he provided was above-and-beyond: I know where I'll be going to buy my luggage in the future!

I wasnt lucky to get Mohammed by the looks of the reviews. I got some young person that just ignores emails. I was promised a wheel replacement 7 weeks ago. They even issued me with PO. After 5 followups and no wheels, I still get crickets. Useless.

Outstanding customer service!! My backpack unfortunately ripped after 2 years and when I contacted holiday groupe, Mohammed gave me an excellent service. I received a brand new backpack 2 days later. I've rarely seen an awesome customer service like they give. 10/10

Outstanding customer care! I needed a wheel replaced on my Swiss Gear carry on. They've made the repair within a few minutes. Free of charge due to the 10 year product warranty. And even changed all 4 wheels! Service by Mohamed, what a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to him. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service by Geneviève Canuel. She helped through the entire process of resolving an issue with my brand new TravelPro spinner case (when the handle got damaged in transit). The issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. TravelPro honours their warranty. Thanks Geneviève of TP-Holiday Group.

Excellent customer service! I purchased a SwissGear backpack through Best Buy and it unfortunately ripped after two years. I contacted Holiday group and they withheld their warranty agreement by offering a replacement product. I will definitely purchase another SwissGear product in the future
