I'm really pleased with my experience at Spinelli Kia and highly recommend them. The purchase process was very straight forward with no surprises. Alicia and David are excellent to deal with. They answered all my questions and made my first Kia purchase an enjoyable one. We're in the process of buying a second car as well and we're definitely going back to Spinelli Kia!!!

Just got a new KIA Seltos. Mr. Gil Champion was the best car salesman I ever dealt with. The sale was easy and enjoyable. The paperwork was done with Ms. Alicia Wininger, she was extremely knowledgeable and turned off all the electronic extras for me. Would deal with both of them at any time. Great professional service.

The staff are always polite and courteous. They were extra punctual this spring with everything they had to do to my Rondo, and it was ready by 1PM. Always great service and my car looks great.

From the people who have served me to the job required, and to having the extra bonus of having a shuttle service when you have to work and leave your car. For over a year I’d been looking for a Chevy bolt premier with no luck, until I seen a listing online that Spinelli Kia had the exact car I’d spent so much time searching for and waiting on a factory order to come through.I live in Ontario but thanks to the help of Renzo the whole process of bringing an out of province car to Ontario was incredibly smooth and they handled basically everything for me. He even picked me up at the rental car outlet and brought me to the dealer.Once there Alicia helped me through the paperwork in a timely manner as I had another appointment after.The car was exactly as advertised and I couldn’t be happier, I can’t say enough good things about Renzo and Alicia.If you live near their dealer or even if your out of province they’ll make the process of getting you into your next car easy and stress free.

One of the worst places you could buy a car from.We brought a fiat 500 2014 from there and their services are an absolute joke.The car has been having problems left and right. That we had to fix on our own.Their voice mails are always full. Its a miracle to get to the person you need.And once you get to that person you need, they're almost absolutely useless.

No issues. Easy from the time I made the apt until I picked it up. They did everything I asked and it was ready on time. My favourite is always the car wash. It's the best wash around. The vaccum job is the best ever. They take pride in their work. Thanks and see you soon!
