Axis Gyne | Scarborough

This place is a scam and doesn't actually exist. This whole company is fake. Do not go here, or the downtown location. If you are in need of a gynecologist, you have to go out of Scarborough apparently. I was sent downtown to a very knowledgeable and kind doctor, unlike this fake company.

I've been calling since August. The voicemail says you can just walk-in, then it says they are only taking virtual appointments. I've left so many voicemails to make an appointment and no one calls me back. Terrible.

I was referred here by an E.R. doctor. I made an appointment over. The first one got cancelled and rescheduled for the week after. When I was on the phone with the doctor, it sounded like she was in traffic. Loud sounds in the background. It felt extremely unprofessional. After explaining my situation, the doctor recommended an ultrasound and complete blood workup. There was no referral sent to me for either. I contacted the clinic again and the receptionist said she tried to email the doctor twice with no response. It has been about a month with no follow-up. The doctor should lose her license or find a new profession. She has no business being in health care with this type of negligence.

Not sure what is going on with this clinic. My doctor faxed a referral to Axis GYNE clinic. I called and left messages!! No response. We are now in a third world country when it comes to womens health here in Canada. It’s no wonder women have stage 4 cancer.

I was sent with a referral from Michael Garron Hospital to go to this clinic on Nov22nd, 2022. The next day I received an email from the clinic that I am on a wait list. Still waiting….I called several times and left a voicemail but never received any call back. Even visited their downtown clinic. As usual it was closed. I wonder why the doctors at the hospitals are sending women with a referral to Axis Gynaecology.

Gives appointment time but still have to wait for hours.

You always have to leave messages as they don't answer the phone. The receptionist who calls back is a horrible person, very rude and talked to me in a disrespectful way making belittling, unnecessary remarks. She made me feel really uncomfortable and when I told her she doesn't need to speak to me this way, she hung up on me immediately. Her behaviour was embarrassing.

so many bad reviews you guys scared me! I am looking for good gynecologists and I can't find one I don't time to waste
