My husband and I visited this Bell location the other day to purchase him a new phone and were greeted by Nish. He was very knowledgeable of the products and provided us with several plans and option to choose from. We took advantage of a great BlackFriday Deal and opted into the protection plan after explaining my husbands mishap with his last phone. He even took the time to help me set up direct deposit for my phone that I purchased from another location. All and all great and fast service that is close to home! Thanks Nish!

Not quite sure of the reasons for the overall low rating but I found my experience to be very pleasant. Just happened to be in the area and decided to stop in. We were greeted immediately despite the store being busy and were provided with the best support from Ryan. Transacted the business we needed in a very short period of time. Well done!

Ridiculous. I walked in with a SIM Card issue and was told to call customer service using their courtesy phone. When I advised the call volumes were high and no calls were being accepted I was told “sorry” and left with a phone number I couldn’t use once I left the store. (No SIM = no phone calls on or out from my phone). I walked down to Wireless Wave and they called the retail support. They had my issue resolved in less than 10 minutes.

I immediately received a phone call, from the with Manager (which I think was on her own time) an hour of posting this message. We discussed my concerns and they addressed accordingly. She was very pleasant and took my concerns seriously. I felt respected. She offered a form of compensation. I will return and see what happens.I think Christine cares about her store and that it runs efficiently. Very impressed.

Went in to get additional services as Bell customer (wifi pods for home internet) and not only did this female staff not assist me, she was very rude with her comments, and actually referred/encouraged me to use my own device to shop for another product from google. As a bell employee, working customer service, I would thing she would at least try to understand the problem, maybe try to enhance current services or worst case not to deter customers from their store. I'm sorry I bothered her personal time to ask for assistance in a completely empty store, in the middle of the day, especially after she asked what are you looking for?""

If I could go 0 stars I would, I've never experienced worse customer service or product. I've been ripped off twice, once for $750, which we had to fight to get back, and another $1000 when they switched my plan after a phone had been stolen, voiding my insurance I paid for rendering a new replacement phone obsolete and making me pay for a new one. Those are two issues, there have been several more including now where they set my billing cycle differently on a phone I had replaced so my data went up each month incurring $900 in data usage. No one would help, they wanted me off of a corporate contract so they forced me out.It's ironic that bell supports the mental health day, because they literally create mental health issues for their customers.

Sunny and Jimmy were great today! The guys bent over backwards for me. Ive had great service in the past but these 2 guys were exceptional.
