Rebel Tents - Party Tent Rentals & Event Services

Rebels tents were a very last minute vendor addition for us (read next review for more information) because I needed a dancefloor a month out from our wedding. I was in a full blown panic when I reached out to them and they were able to get me exactly what I wanted, a 30X30 grey subfloor. The dancefloor they delivered was exactly what we needed and it was enjoyed throughout the night.

Rebel Tents provided us with a beautiful sail top tent for our wedding that our guests were so impressed with. Their prices were competitive to the area, they were quick to communicate, flexible and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any wedding or event.

We used Rebel Tents to provide a heated tent shelter (with lights and flooring) in support of our winter outdoor curling charity bonspiel and raised $7500 for the Ottawa Senators Foundation. This inaugural event was a huge success due largely to the heated tent provided by Rebel Tents. The thermometer read -14C at start up but participants were able to gather in a comfortable environment at room temperature. The set up and tear down was done professionally and we had absolutely no issues.Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Rebel tents provided two tents for our wedding this past summer. We could not have been happier with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They provided us with the best prices we could find!

Working with Kiera and Rebel Tents for our backyard wedding was smooth and we were very happy with the end result.The sail cloth tent(66' x 63') we rented was stunning! My wife and I were very pleased with how the tent, chandeliers and dance floor all turned out.

Do not work with this company by any means. From first hand experience, including several family members and friends, have tried to work with this company to no avail. They do not respond to emails or phone calls once they've taken a deposit from you, which is nonrefundable. They will not notify you when someone has come to your property for inspections, and charge you for services not rendered. When you finally do get a hold of management, which is run by Kiera Lennox, she will continuously cut you off when speaking, and will abruptly hang up on you when she doesn't like what she's hearing. When you try to call her back, she won't pick up, but then send you emails stating she's tried to reach you numerous times, which is false. They are very rude, uncooperative, and strongly recommend not working with them, it will be a scam and so much stress, when you're already stressed planning a wedding. I have already warned many friends and other family members to never work with them, or any third parties, like Fiesta, because they will take your money for nothing. And then expect you to pay for the rest of the amount owing. We have email and phone records to prove their incompetence. So please, save yourself the hassle and headache, do not recommend them to anyone, their business is not worth it.

Very difficult company to try and organize anything with. I tried to organize a site inspection with them; however, they ended up sending an individual on a day without telling me when I wasn’t present. He started just walking around the backyard unannounced, and he approached the neighbor to get information for info that he needed (septic tank location, etc.) The company didn’t make any effort to choose a day where I could have been home, or even inform me the day of. Very unprofessional. Try to use other tent suppliers in the region.

I used Rebel Tents for my wedding and it was an amazing experience. We did not have to do anything. They set it up and took it down. They are a very professional company. Kiera was awesome to deal with, all the emails I sent were responded to in a short period of time which helped make things less stressful. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!

We completely enjoyed our interactions with your company. The tent was perfect, roomy, beautiful , great floor. We had a 40 x 40 second space, perfect for 90 guests. You guys were fast on phone returns, prompt, impressively efficient. Thank-you. You took the fret out of a busy wedding day!
