Mint Smartwash

I paid for the ultimint single wash for $24 and was HIGHLY disappointed.Definitely not worth the money. I could spend half the price somewheres else and my car would come out spotless!I had very high hopes for this one so I thought I’d give it a try. Never coming back.

Went thru on the top wash. Rear wrap brushes did a poor job and barely touched the rear of the vehicle. First top brush drops at the halfway mark of the windshield. The second polishing top brush is removing the dirt on your hood.Believe it needs some fine tuning.

The vacuums suck…THE BEST! They actually work and they’re free. The carwash itself is great, my car is always super clean when it comes out. Fast and efficient.

Thought I'd try this place as I pass by it every day. Glad the first wash was free because I don't think I'll ever go back. Free vacuum was a great idea, but no attachments and not very powerful. The wash. Well let's just say it ended with a car that wasn't totally clean and I had to get them to retrieve my license plate from the tunnel. I thought it was just me, but the employee came out with 4 license plates! I've never been so disappointed.

I absolutely LOVE this car wash! The customer service is always great, I love how accessible everything is! the free mat wash, vacuums and you are even helped during your entire experience here!My favorite wash is the Ultimint because it leaves my tires SUPER shiny! I have never had a bad experience here and i will always recommend this place to anyone i ever meet!❤️Look at how beautiful it left my vehicle!!!

The smart machinery effectively removed dirt, grime, and even some stubborn stains from the exterior of my car. It offered different packages at varying price points, allowing you to choose the level of cleaning. The pricing was reasonable, considering the convenience and time saved compared to other car wash options.

Edit: I contacted the location and told them about the issue, they told me to come back in, that it was probably a fluke. I went back in, and the car still didn't get clean, I've cancelled my membership.It left a dirty film on my car. I'm not sure if somethings wrong with it but I took these right after I got home. You can see the areas the brushes got to and cleaned, and then the other areas that were left so dirty I could draw in the layer of dirt. Hopefully whatever is broken is sorted before it go back, if not I'll have to cancel my membership.

Overall, a positive experience. The wash was better than where I've gone in the past but still not as good as I'd like for what I paid. The cleaning of the back of my car was not great. I do like that vacuuming and use of drying towels is included in the price.——-Follow up:I received a response, a few days after my original post, from Mint noting that they have a satisfaction guarantee and that I should return and that they would make it right. I did and they did, for free. I’m satisfied and I will definitely be returning. Their monthly membership program is definitely worth the price especially in the bad weather months.

This carwash does not seem to be designed for smaller vehicles. The brushes doesn't really touch the right side of my vehicle (dirt on lower trim, smuges still on passenger window by mirror) or the back. Other people I know recommend it, but they drive pickup trucks or larger SUVs. My little Honda HRV just does not work here.Running it through again will not fix the problem. Doing the same thing repeatedly while expecting a different result is the definition of insanity. I am not insane, just a little more broke and unsatisfied.
