No BS about high shipping cost or unknow shipping cost till the item arrives. Knew fully what I was going to be paying before putting any money down. Will certainly be our go to place for all RV.

Super friendly, answered all questions we had about the vehicle, provided all documents and information about the vehicle without having to ask , we were offered beverages when we arrived. I had a really positive experience at Butler Auto & RV. The fellows there, from sales to management to finance, were all very helpful and patient. I asked my questions and each one was answered thoroughly and clearly. I waffled a bit on the purchase - went back several days to test drive it, asked more questions, etc etc, and the whole team was courteous and friendly throughout. I truly felt no pressure at all, just a genuine desire to help.
