This place is busy. The parking lot, servicing multiple eateries, is packed, so be prepared to circle the lot.The outside has gas patio heaters but being as it was chilly, we opted to eat inside. It is dark and loud, making it difficult to hear the waitress.I appreciate thier well marked menu stating what is safe for GF. As someone who is celiac, I appreciate that.They have a list of non-alcoholic cocktails under a heading called sober curious. The descriptions looked good. They are seve a piece, vs eight for the alcoholic version.My partner had the rootbeer with peach and i took a sip. He said it was too sweet for him and he loves sweets. I tried it and gagged. It tasted like peach flavored, simple syrup straight from the bottle.I had the Growers hard cider. That was much better...nice and lightly dry, with a good apple cider flavor base and just a touch of caramel and pear notes. It is served by the bottle.We opted to share a 10 bbq chicken pizza and a side of yam fries. The fries and pizza arrived simultaneously. Both were significant size and I could not finish it all. The yam fries are delicious. I hat yam cassarole

We've been a fan of Mario's Kitchen for over a decade now - great atmosphere, amazing service and delicious food - Chicken Romano is a fave! Last few visits, Michaela was our server and she is fantastic, friendly and attentive.

Very good vibe in this place. Staff were professional and nice.Food tastes delicious. They offer two size of portions. Larger size is $3-4 extra and can be shared for two.A group of 10 people non of us could finish the full portion dish.It took almost an hour to serve the food. To be fair maybe it was because of our larger table.Cajun chicken Alfredo linguine and Lasagna was absolutely delicious.Overall very satisfied with taste and quality.

I’m so surprised places like this still exist. The food, atmosphere and service is so good. I’ve been here twice and each time the food is amazing. It’s a family friendly restaurant with amazing prices. The staff is very friendly and know the menu well.I hope this place stays the same and the prices and food stay the same as I’m very pleased with them both. So good!!!!!I will definitely be returning here soon, I wish there was a location near me so I could go there often as where this restaurant is located is pretty far from me! :)

Beautiful little place. Our first time in Vancouver area and thankfully our air bnb was very close by so we tried out Mario’s. Service was great. We then decided to go back for supper again the next evening. Ended up with the same server (Zara) who was AMAZING. The patio is so beautiful and they provide blankets if it’s chilly out which I think is so unique. Great food! Great atmosphere! Would recommend.

My entree was a little ordinary!! Our server was lovely. Our water was always full. The kitchen messed up one of the meals and didn't cook one person's food, so she had to wait. But I looked at the menu next door and will give it a go.

This place had the best pizza and pasta that now we have come back to Scotland and use it as a comparison benchmark! The pizza and pasta was *chef’s kiss*, the service by Nadia was great but again the pizza and pasta was incredible. Nice vibes to the place for a date or in our case a family dinner.

Needed a place to pop into and grab a bite before heading on the ferries. We ordered the Chorizo Mac & Cheese, full rack of ribs and shared a chocolate torte. The food was incredible and our waitress was amazing with perfect suggestions. Would recommend and would visit again.
