Absolutely amazing experience. Dustin was awesome to work with and made the process of buying a new vehicle completely painless. After waiting 5 months for a new vehicle at a different dealership and still not having an eta, Dustin was able to get me into a new Mitsubishi within a week! Mark (finance) was also amazing to work with! There was no need to haggle on price and they didnt try to push additional products/services on me. Will definitely be a returning customer!!

Having an issue with parts due to supply chain issues. Wasn't happy with initial response fron the service dept. Louis (GM) reached out and suggested options in a timely fashion. Will see how the follow through goes and hopefully the Steele Mitsubishi will get back up to 5 stars where they normally operate.

Waited 9 months for a part. Couldn't get an mvi but we got the ticket. Called 4 months ago and the guy was really dismissive. Called today and now it's magically arriving next week. Let's see your follow up and I'll change this review.**note** call from the GM solved the problems! Thanks Louis.

Took our car in for a safety inspection and ended up with a list of mandatory repairs and a rejection sticker. The car is well maintained, and recently had work done on it before bringing it in. The bill was over a grand to replace one tie-rod (4 hours of labor?), alignment because of replacing tie-rod and rust on the rocker. They also unhooked my emergency break and didn't hook it back when I told them I wasn't going ahead with their recommendations.I took it to OK tire in Hammonds Plains, which came recommended by a few friends. They inspected, gave a pass, a bill of 30 bucks, and engaged the emergency break for free to boot! They were also very pleasant to deal with over the phone and in person.This is the reason why honest hardworking people feel cheated and ripped off by shady mechanics. Shameful.

The car purchasing process can be daunting experience for some, especially when it comes to your first new vehicle purchase. Luckily for me, I paid a visit to the Steele Mitsubishi team recently to begin the process of getting myself a new set of wheels. It was a fantastic experience, the sales manager took me through the process from end to end with very little stress or concerns. The knowledge of the team was comforting through my decision making. I am happy to say that I decided to make my first car purchase here. Would highly recommend paying a visit if you are thinking of purchasing or even in the area. It’s always nice to see some happy faces!

Wouldn't buy a $10 Bill for $5 from this dealership.Bought a used vehicle which I understand can lead to issues down the line.Sales and finance person very personable and friendly.Initial issue with vehicle identified during test drive. Apparently they fixed it. Ok great.Pay for vehicle registration and for plate which was to be delivered. Great. Wait, wait... contact and told no we have to do that separately. I mention the fee paid for registration. Ah, Ok done. Wait for plate. Nothing. Contact and told we have to do this ourselves as we did not pay for this. Ok after 6 weeks maybe I didn't. So i get it myself. Look at CC and see yes we did. Contact and get a refund.Similar issue occurs to one from test drive. They graciously agreed to repair as we had only had vehicle a short time. Super.Move ahead a month or so and take to another mechanic to take a look. Steering rack, drive shaft, wheel bearings, plus a few minor items needing work/replacement.Good job I paid the $4,140 for the extra coverage plan!! No wait, now having to fight with the insurance company regarding one of the major items.I understand all used vehicles have a shelf life and things can go wrong. But find it hard to believe so much would not have shown up initially on an inspection and gone wrong so soon after purchase. Band aid fell off pretty soon.Definately a lesson learned and even if dumb luck that this vehicle started to fall apart just after we bought it I dare say I would be staying clear of this dealer whether looking for new or used.

Very impressed with Steele Mitsubishi's service department. Quickly diagnosed the issue(s). I was offered a video of my vehicle's problem, Service technician at the desk articulated the work to be done. He was kept informed by the actual technician; with permission replaced the parts. Easy peasy. You tell me the last time you drove away from the dealer smiling after a repair? So, that's the awesome, now I would like to know why not a courtesy shuttle? Thanks Service Dept.
