Worst mall. Even more terrible store. They fired all their workers in exchange for self serve, and the employees that are left just stand there mouth agape being useless. If you want a store to steal from, this is the place. The front manager Josh will gladly tell you there is no security, and police will do nothing. Homeless people loiter, harass and have been known to attack customers if you refuse to give them money, and again, store policy, they cant do ANYTHING to help you. Be weary of this place!

Saturday morning is definitely the best time to go there if you love skincare and free stuff. All employees were super friendly and VERY helpful!!! They took time to help me find what I was looking for while fitting it into my budget!Special thanks to Victoria from the cosmetics department! She is very knowledgeable and have been helping with my skincare routine since December! Literally the best!I also got a ton of free samples with my purchase so can’t complain!The store has definitely improved A LOT!10/10 service!

Folks here are stunningly, cruelly indifferent to customer needs.My regular Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy didn't have a med I needed urgently for an injection tomorrow, so, sitting in my parked car, I phoned this one to see if they had it in stock. After listening to One moment

I don’t know about this Viktoria the sales associate in the beauty section if she is just tired working or if she’s just judging me on how I look. I was trying to purchase a perfume and aside from not approaching me asking if I need anything she just left me there alone. She didn’t even bother asking what is it for. I didn’t even asked her for her suggestions on men’s fragrance cause it looks like she does not want to work at all. I know if a person is just tired or if they really don’t want to entertain customer by their look. Other associates from before are very approachable and was nice to me.

If you take a daily medication, DO NOT go to this pharmacy! In the last two months, I’ve missed four doses of my daily medication because the pharmacist says I’m “not due for a refill” even though I’m completely out.They have also not had enough on hand to fill my prescription, despite having my prescription over a week before I try to fill it. Save yourself the stress, and go somewhere else.

I dread having to pick up my medication every time. I’m autistic and put aside the store being a sensory nightmare (bright lights, loud sounds, constant announcement) every time I go there’s always an issue. I have a hard time advocating for myself so my partner helps me. He went in and sent up his insurance with my account about 2 weeks ago and they assured him it was good to go for next time I come in. I have previously had a meltdown due to waiting for a long time in an environment that is painful for me and then being told my meds won’t be ready for another two hours. Today I went to pick my my medication with my partner for support and they told us the insurance wasn’t in the system. I can’t afford my meds without the insurance. My partner didn’t bring his wallet in. There was a line growing behind us and the lady was acting like I was an inconvenience to her. I started having a meltdown and then she felt bad. Having a meltdown in public is mortifying. I become so vulnerable and I can’t stop it once it starts. I’m now in bed with a migraine and can’t move because they messed up my insurance info. I hate this place.

They never ever answer the phone. I have called multiple times, it rings, they place you on hold and then they hang up every single time. I need my prescription filled for tomorrow.Edit: I spoke to a pharmacy representative about a refill and I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to anyone as rude before. The person cut me off multiple times and I had to actually laugh because it was ridiculous.

I called the place 3 times, each time I was on hold, twice for over 40 minutes then they hung up the call. ALL THREE TIMES. Please don’t put a phone number If you’re going to do this. Thank you! I also went in afterwards, and the place wasn’t even busy….
