Promyse Home Care provide a PSW for our dad when our mom had to be hospitalized suddenly. The PSW (Mia) was really wonderful. Promyse was great in providing for my dad's needs in a kind and compassionate way.I believe we even reached out to them on the weekend and they responded right away. I highly recommend this company.

We are so impressed with the care my mother is receiving. My mother has Parkinson’s and Ashley’s dedication to improving her strength, flexibility, mobility and mindset is phenomenal. Mum is very reluctant with family members to do any exercise but with Ashley’s gentle encouragement, consistent guidance and positive feedback, Mum is quite compliant as she appreciates the care & attention of a specialist. We recently tripled Ashley’s sessions and I can already see the difference in Mum’s energy level, mood and strength. We met Marie and her staff 3 years ago, when mom was being discharged from hospital and needed more care than our dad could provide. Marie promptly sent her nurse to participate in the hospital pre-discharge family meeting, to ensure mom's needs were understood and met when she returned home. And they were.Marie and her staff then provided respectful and compassionate care to our parents over the next 2.5 years, as their health continued to decline. Change was a constant and Marie was always available and responsive, calmly guiding us as we adjusted the care plan and adapted to a new normal.We were very proud of the care we could bring to our parents, thanks to Marie and the wonderful staff. We had the staff of Promyse Home Care look after my dad when he was temporarily placed in a retirement home pending a bed availability in a long term care facility. The staff was so special to us as we came to know them well. They were so compassionate and caring and treated my dad with the love and respect he deserved. Earlier this year, I needed to help my parents find private home care. They have been living independently in a 2-bedroom apartment for 25 years and are now in their mid-90's.After calling a few companies on a short list of five, I first spoke to Michael at Promyse... Immediately, I could communicate with him toward matching my parents' needs with services his PSW's could offer!After also speaking with Marie, we were able to meet with a clinical case manager at my parents' apartment, toward the development of a care plan- Marie and Michael also made time for us the following day (a Saturday that I was able to be in town) so that we could get to know each other, review all home care details and get 'signed up'!My parents have connected with an 'awesome' PSW who really cares about her clients and has shown this in so many ways into our 5'th month of care!!I can rest assured that my parents are being well looked after in between my weekend visits which are not as frequent as I would like.

Marie & Mike are very quick to answer any questions or concerns that we have had. They are very caring, understanding, patient and have provided us with numerous ideas, websites and information to help us navigate this journey. They will work to help find the best match possible of caregiver to those that they are caring for. We have had a few crisis situations and they are the first call that we make for additional care. I can't say enough about Promyse and their staff! Communication is key and they are exceptional.
