Such amazing and inspiring place to feel you have stronge wings to fly and touch all stars while you're still on the ground. I loved it more than any other church and those songs always fill me with love and peace.... I miss you all

I had a telephone conversation with someone at this church for A job opening posted on Kijiji for youth leadership. The telephone conversation was going well until a specific question was asked that really shocked me. I was asked during this telephone conversation to rate on a scale of 1-10 how lenient I would be if a joke about another race was to be made. Ex. If there is a joke to be made about how a certain race talks, how okay would I be with that? Or if a joke about a black person was made, how okay would I be with it? I have never been asked a question like this in my 25 years of living here in Canada.. and I think that question is very unacceptable and very disreapectful. It's almost as if it was insinuated that there would be a chance that racial jokes" would be made.. and I would have to accept it. It is 2017.. jokes about other races
